Let's talk about anything about video games, no matter what platform it is. What is your favorite game? Who is your favorite character? What are the recently released games? What is DLC (downloadable content)? How do I beat this boss? How do I set up my team?
Red Dead Redemption sequel might not come off as a surprise but its existence has yet to be officially confirmed. Although there are plenty of rumors relating to the sequel being in development at Rockstar. Now a new rumor has started on gaming forum NeoGAF. A user who has ties to someone inside Rockstar has confirmed that the game is in development, and it will have focus on co-op.
So I spoke to an insider at Rockstar who confirmed that Rockstar is indeed developing a sequel to Red Dead Redemption for PS4/Xbox One.
Don’t have a lot of concrete details but expect co-op to be integrated and focused on.
As it is usual with such leaks, you should take this with a grain of salt. Although this news won’t be surprising, as there were already rumors pointing towards a new Red Dead in development for the next generation consoles.
Danny Ross recently held an AMA where he answered a number of questions from Reddit users. The most interesting question and answer came when a user asked Ross what he thought the next game Rockstar would be working on. He responded in a rather odd way saying: “Really? Dumbass. Really? Twoâ€
This reaction might seem a bit harsh on first glance, until you look at the first letters of every word he said, paired with 2. That’s right, it appears as though the former employee is saying that he believes Red Dead Redemption 2 [RDR2] is going to be the next game in the series. We’ll have to take his word for it, because there hasn’t been any concrete information from the developers just yet. There’s always the chance this was a troll too, but that doesn’t seem like a particularly wise thing for Ross to do. Stay tuned.
Hmmmmm, we're not quite sure what to make of this one. According to Korean publication Game Focus, PlayStation 3 masterpiece Red Dead Redemption is being remastered for the PlayStation 4. The site doesn't note a specific source, but claims that the rumour has been floating around since last month, with whispers from North America supposedly confirming the remaster's existence.
Perhaps even more interesting is that the publication hints that the remaster will be announced during Sony's PlayStation Meeting this Wednesday, but honestly, we find that a little hard to believe. In an event that's surely built around the PS4 Neo's unveiling, why would Sony throw a remaster of a last-gen title into the mix?
Of course, rumours are still swirling that Red Dead Redemption 2 is on the cusp of being officially announced, so we suppose that the remaster's reveal could go hand in hand with that. We guess that we'll just have to wait and see.
Would you be up for a remaster of Rockstar's super popular Western?
Remastering RDR would be make gamers crazy with matching tulo laway and i will not complain also, but i have a different wishlist/dream: i'm in the minority but i want a gta4 re-release/remaster/ whatever you call it. They can criticize all they want about that game but the physics engine/euphoria of gta4 s***s all over gtav's(both ps3 and 4 with patches/software update pa yun ah)
i want the features and etc. of both gta4 and 5 to make love para manganak ng gta 6.
Rockstar Games just updated its official site with a completely red splash screen, that you can see above. It appears to be something quite relevant, as the studio’s social media channels are also echoing the change.
At the moment there is no further information on the nature of this change, but the most logical theory would be an impending release of the much rumored sequel to Red Dead Redemption
