Yan na yung todo ko nung Early December 2012 lol.. Pahirap talaga december amps ( note : yung puti sa salamin, kyutiks yan na pinaglaruan ng pamangkin ko lol ) matanggal nga pag uwi ko amps

Ang gusto ko kasi mag ka cuts, pero hindi malapad tingnan..may nag sabi sa kin na pag magaan lang binubuhat hindi nakakalapad...tama ba yun?

pareho tayo ng height and weight.. tulad din ni @jettiejet.. haha tingin ko depende kung gaanong cuts gusto mo.. like mga soccer players.. alam ko hindi sila pwede magbuhat ng mabigat sobra dahil babagal sila.. pero kung titignan mo katawan nila parang mga kargador na pure muscles..haha.. yung mga marathon puro cuts din yun walang fats..

meron kasing cuts na bulk tignan.. ayaw ko din ng ganun..

Do compound exercises. Hindi mo kelangan ng isolation o kung ano anong vodoo hodoo eklavern na yan. Kung mag gym ka, mas okay kung compound exercises.

Ang papayat kinakailangan ng sheer dedication sa gym at sa foods mo. Kung hindi ka naman ganun katabaan, okay lang yan, automatic na yan mawawala yung belly mo in due time. Dahil in the long run, muscle in, fat out yan. Ako nga tansya ko 25% ang body fat ko.

dati nag gygym ako bago ako tumaba. sa ngayon, malabo ako maka-gym dahil sa sched ko kaya exercise lang sa loob ng bahay ginagawa ko :)

try mo na lang search yung compound exercises at home.

Pero sabi ko nga, hindi ako naniniwla sa wlang time dahil sa sched..

May mga 24hrs na gym.. 1-2 hrs lang ang pag gym natin..:)

^sir dalawa pa lang sa taas... since kahit anong mangyari yun ang unang lalabas sa abs eh... pero yung mid section at lower abs pahirapan na hehehe lalo na yung side fins patayan ang cuts nun..

Pero after I reached my target waist line, focus na ko sa muscle gain hehehe Promatrix7 ang suppliment ko na mangyayari.

nice, teambeach body.. hehe

ako insanity ginawa ko for 7months.. ngayon dapat stronglift 5x5 pero need kasi dun nag squat/bench rack.. w/c is mahal tska bulky plus hindi ko trip yung parang gym type na workout lang.. so ngayon 3rd day ko palang sa Les Mills pump kasi straight bar lang ang equipment na kylangan.. yung P90x gusto ko sana kasi dami pa bibili na gamit..

basta gusto ko na workout yung pinapawisan tska pang sports training with weights.. ayaw ko babad lang sa gym na workout..

Pull up bar dun sa p90x, steel bar talaga yun na kinabit sa ding ding..
Yung resistance bands, meron akong na inquire sa Chris Sports sa Sm north.. iniipit lang sa door pag back ang exercise.. balak ko din bumili nun kaso dumbells still works for me.. tiis tiis muna ko.. :)
