Wag magpupuyat dahil lang sa paglalaro.
Wag magpapalipas ng gutom dahil lang sa paglalaro.
Wag maging couch potato and stay sitting and in front of the tv for long hours.
Eat fruits and vegetables to protect your eyes and improve eyesight (e.g. Carrot, Eggs, Milk, Grapes, Lemons, Spinach, raw Garlic (fresh), etc).
Besides gaming dapat meron ka rin physical, outdoor activities. Cycling is a relaxing activity. Or kung wala ka bisikleta, pwede naman mag-jog or walk tuwing morning.
And the most important tip of all....

nag eexercise ako mga 3 to 4 time a week..6 rounds punching bag, 400 crunches and 60 push ups..yan lang ang routine ko...hehe..mga 1 hour siguro inaabot ko sa ganyan..Nung nagpapapayat ako 6 rounds punching bag, 600 crunches, 100 push ups, tsaka jogging plus diet..ngayon kasi maintain na lang kaya bawas na..hehe..from 165 lbs, 140 lbs na lang ako ngayon..sa bahay lang pala ako nageexercise..

Losing and gaining weight is all about the calories. Loading up on protein is for the muscles (pero not exclusive sa bodybuilders ha!) pero kahit na maraming carbs ang kainin mo, ganun din. For example, 300 calories of pork is the same as 1 cup of rice which contains 300 calories din. A simpler example: ang isang Dunkin Donuts choco-butternut donut at 100 grams ng porkchop (without the fat) eh pareho lang ng ida-dagdag o ibabawas sa weight mo at the end of the week. Iba-iba nga lang ang epekto sa katawan mo.
