uhm tanong lang... since this is in japanese region (version) game... napansin ko lang mas mahal ang mga Region 3(japanese region) UMD games kaysa sa mga US version (region1) na UMD games? may gusto kasi akong japanese psp game (walang US counterpart) pero i checked amazon and play-asia, relatively more expensive talaga... i checked also in amazon yung suikoden umd (repackaged lang ata na version) -->
Back in September during this year's Tokyo Game Show, a new Suikoden game was revealed. RPG veterans will remember Suikoden well from its heyday on the PlayStation, and iterations in the franchise have been on the likes of PSP and PlayStation 2 ever since.
This new Suikoden game, known as Suikoden: Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki, is a PSP title, and according to Andriasang, it will come out in Japan on February 9th, 2012 (see for yourself at the game's official site).
As most Suikoden games do come out outside of Japan (with the last one being Suikoden Tierkreis on the Nintendo DS back in 2009), gamers can be optimistic that this new title may be localized for distribution elsewhere. However, with the game coming to PSP in Japan months after PlayStation Vita's launch there, and with other seemingly no-brainer localization options like Final Fantasy Type-0 staying in Japan for the time being, perhaps the PSP push outside of Japan is indeed ending.
Better yet, maybeSuikoden: Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki will be available on PlayStation Vita, too.
ni try ko epa translate sa friend kong japanese yung story
There's a monster that has been living for 100 years, and that monster appears to eat and destroy everything at least once a year. Ionia Empire is trying to destroy that monster, and they apparently have that rune or something that can destroy the monster, it's under the castle of the empire. The 3 characters: (hero), Mula and Jino will be the one to destroy that monster.
kinukulit ko pa yung friend ko kung "RUNE" ba talaga nabasa niya, sana totoo para back to the Rune stories na uli ang suikoden

Finally, some actual gameplay footage from the new PSP entry in the Suikoden series! This three minute clip is mostly high quality animation, but there are some long awaited gameplay scenes included too. Just a few, though, so don't look away.
Please localized this game, don't care if PSV or PSP. Importante ma-localize. I'm craving for another Suikoden game since the one in the DS is last one i have played. Please.

A Suikoden Fan.
