Purpose ko lang naman sa fishing eh yung trophy haha I actaully enjoy every fishing mini game s mga RPG, sa incentive naman oo yung iba sa mga best recipe ni Ignis ingridients yung mga fish like yung auto critical na food although pede mo naman bilhin.

Adamantoise down! Went in half-assed and totally unprepared para lang macheck on how I would do hanggang sa naaliw ako tinuloy tuloy ko na.

Took me nearly an hour just to bring him down. No food buffs or magic used during the fight. Zwill blades, armiger, enhancement ni iggy, power vx item at mga gamot lang ok na. DPS was ranging from 200+ up to 1K+. It sure was a boring fight, magiging problema mo lang talaga dito yung camera angle but other than that, it is just a pretty easy and simple quest.

^yup, 5M+ nga. Halos wala ka problema sa laban na to, tyagain mo lang talaga at basta may dala kang gamot ok na. Halos 1 hour din or baka lumampas din ako ng 1hour kakalaban dito. Damage ko nga laging nasa 200 to 700 madalas, bihira ako pumalo ng 1K+ pero natalo ko pa, wala pa food buffs o magic yun. Maglagay ka na lang ng mga pampataas ng strength para makatulong. Importante din yung weapon, mabilis din kasi maka-damage yung gamit ko.

FYI, malaki laki din pala save file netong ff15, nasa 600+ MB din

Kaya pala hindi ako maka-landing sa lugar na to kasi naka-auto pilot ako all along, nung nag switch ako sa manual nakuha ko agad ng isang subok lang.

This is one of those "try lang" moments for the sake of experiencing what the fuss is all about this dungeon so i went in blind and man, nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to face . Even my complete edition guide or the videos i've seen for this place couldn't help me at all . Kahit na alam mo na dadaanan mo pero pag namali ka lang ng landing or ng talon, ulit ka sa start nung area na yun . Yun lang din ang magsisilbing checkpoints mo. Once inside, no manual save and you cannot teleport to the entrance either. Only way to escape this dungeon is to beat it or load your last saved file. Good thing may mga shortcuts so those helped a bit. Ibang klaseng frustration ang mararanasan nyo sa level na to pag kayo na mismo ang sumubok.

And after sitting through nearly 5 hrs straight of utter frustration (and several temptations to abort) nagpursige pa rin ako, hanggang sa natapos ko din ang pitiouss dungeon ... and IMHO, if you're doing this post game like I did, the loots aren't exactly worth the hassle of going through this effing shthole of a place. Sa mga gustong sumubok pa rin, be my guest pero unahan ko na rin kayo na karamihan ng mapupulot nyo sa dungeon na to same lang din sa mga reward sa mga bounty hunts/quest lines (mega phoenix, megalixir, hi-elixir, etc) at sa mga mapupulot nyo sa map (oracle coins, rare coins,etc). So kung ayaw nyo ma-frustrate ng todo, iwasan nyo ang dungeon na to. Ilang beses ako nagkanda-laglag para mamulot para wala na din ako dahilan bumalik dito. Bragging rights lang talaga pag natapos mo etong dungeon na to.

My hands are still shaking after all those platforming, hmpf..ma-backup na nga save file ko, mahirap na...

Experience+gil farming yung mission involving wyverns. Near Ravatogh yung outpost na may mission requiring you to fight 7 level 38 wyverns thay will net you 7 wyvern wings each time. 1600/wing

Actually, you can do that BEFORE you even finish the main quest. Ang alam ko bago ka pa dumating sa final stage magiging available na yung option na yun to go back to the past. Advisable lang na gawing post game para nga matapos mo muna yung story at gagala ka nalang.

Agree ako sa Vyv quest lines for earning plenty of gil pero hindi lang yun ang option. You can do quests and sell extra loot items. Just be careful what items you sell kasi yung iba dun rare lalo na yung mga oracle coins, rare coins, debased items, rusted bit, etc. Yung kay Vyv kasi madali lang, you can easily finish majority of his quests kahit wala ka pa chapter 10, magiging problema mo lang yung last one nya.

Just take your time with the game and explore more. Maaapreciate mo sya lalo that way.

One reason you want to wander post-main quest is para makuha mo yung type f regalia as well as to face adamantoise.

But yeah otherwise, pwede naman magliwaliw bago matapos yung main story. Mas better lang talaga if may completed game save file ka.

Parang ang purpose lang talaga ng pagkuha ng type-f is to just access the secret dungeon. Sayang, wala man lang secret island to explore.

After I got done with adamantoise and pitioss para na ko naumay mag explore ulit sa post game. Pareho ko pa natapos yan ng trip lang at halos hindi pinaghandaan . Havent touch my game ulit since saturday. Naisip ko walang kwenta makuha yung mga ibang end game weapons/accessories/items, etc kasi wala na rin ako paggagamitan, ni wala man lang yata trophy for acquiring them. I didnt even bother anymore with the menace dungeons kaya eto, binebenta ko na ngayon yung game at guidebook ko na tatlong beses ko lang yatang binuklat tapos sa bestiary lang ako lagi nag rerefer haha

@oink, i truly suggest you take your time with the game and explore lang ng explore. You can even redo quests that you've finished just for the gil pero yun nga lang, mas mababa na yung reward na gil compared to completing them the first time tsaka hindi mo na makukuha ulit yung prize item ulit but yeah, you can spam it if you like. Mas maganda kasi ituloy mo lang yung story as it will also allow you to gain access to those weapons, items, abilities & places that you'll need much later to help you breeze right through your farming.

^Yup, 26 hours and kakastart ko pa lang ng chapter 5 pero I feel that I should continue the story till mabalik yung Regalia at least kasi crippled ako without that. At first eh hirap ako sa battles but now eh I'm enjoying it. Kala ko for show lang yung mga battle moves so I focused on the basic hack and slash but I realize while leveling up the techniques that dumadali yung battles kaya I don't attack all the time.

But to be honest, medyo konti story nito for a FF game. I only get bits and pieces of the plot and I think it was a bad move to include part of the Kingsglaive movie to the game. The game should stand on its own.

There's alot of cliches in this game din, like Dino the italian and Cindy the redneck, I don't like her character at all, I think sya ang pinaka ayaw ko na character sa lahat ng Final Fantasy Games. Her character's so over the top that it's a turn off.

Nung sinimulan ko to i switeched to jap voices and eng subs kaso hindi ako maka-concentrate na pagsabayin yung pagbasa ng subs sa pag monitor ng galaw ko. Ok din naman ang VA pag english language, sanayan lang talaga. Nung una nairita ako kay prompto pero kalaunan nasanay na lang din ako, kwela din mga banat eh . I also found fault with the story pero it's all about perspective din. Try looking at this game as a whole once natapos mo na sya at baka mas maaapreciate mo sya more that way just like i have.

As far as combat goes, don't mash, just tap. Imperative na maaga pa lang masanay ka na sa pag block at parry. To do that, hold SQUARE when the block prompt comes on screen tapos pag tumama na yung attack syo, saka mo pindutin yung O during the slow-mo block animation. Makulit kasi sa combat system neto is that the camera sometimes zoom out a bit so halos hindi mo masundan ang nangyayari. And since enemies attack in mobs at all sides, hindi mo mapapansin agad kung san manggagaling yung tatama syo.

Oh am looking at it at a different perspective and my analysis is that kung di ko napanood yung Kingsglaive and Brotherhood eh I would find the story confusing. Like yung Insomia's demise cutscene made no sense, Sana at the very least eh nilagyan nila ng narrative to describe what's going on. Like that dog'swhatitsname that's keep popping up. If I didn't see brotherhood, that scene makes no sense. Kingsglaive should just compliment the game.

I kinda don't like open worlds kasi there's a whole bunch of nothing and alot of distance to cover but they manage to do that well since they reward distance traveled with AP, so that's cool. The items are kinda hard to spot though and may delay sa pagpickup ng items and display that's off putting. I feel that picking up items should be easier and faster. Plus, calling Chocobos require that Noctis be standing still, that sucks. There's alot of development choices that SE could have learned from other games. You know I find it weird that the distance displays Miles then changes to feet.

There's alot of minute things that could have been better if they didn't focus on the game looking cool. It is cool, but I don't need to see Cindy towing Regalia every freaking time, for example.

Ok I might be nitpicking but the loading time is longer that any open world game I've played so far. Even loading that should have been automatic by now eh ambagal, like returning to the open world after camping, may delay that's unacceptable for me.

The dog's name is Umbra. Sya ang susi mo to travel back to the past to do stuff post-game. Pero you dont need to worry about him now, just progress with the story and it will unlock later on.

I've seen KG pero sa brotherhood dalawang episodes lang napanood ko, it's just a minor backstory for the guys and nothing much. Importante ang KG kasi yun ang direktang naka-konekta sa story ng game. There are too many minor things to nitpick about this game pero ako kasi I tend to look at it as a whole. Di bale nang may delay or what as long as umaandar naman ok na ko dun. Sa loading times, well, wala na tayo magagawa dyan pero dahil madalas mo makikita yan masasanay ka din tsaka hindi naman sya ganun katagalan para sa kin. Weird thing, twice nag crash sa kin ang game pero buti na lang may nakalaang dalawang slot for auto-save so safe ka na dun.

There's one solid thing I can think of that MIGHT have affected the loading times though, it's the save file itself. I just checked mine when I last played kasi had this urge to backup my files often and dun ko natuklasan na ang laki pala ng save file neto - mine was more than 600MB+ . Ewan ko kung may kinalaman sa assets yun or sa mga in-game photos na naka save sa kin pero i think that's highly unusual for its size.

If there's one thing I cannot deny, this game's solid bec of the in-game content it offers...sadly, it just came short of my expectations lalo na sa post game. Srsly though, just keep playing the game at baka magbago pa pananaw mo, ngayon nasasabi mo yan kasi you're not that far off just yet. Ako kahit nung na-spoil ko na sa sarili ko yung ending before this came out it didn't ruin the experience for me - I, honest to goodness, still truly enjoyed the game.

Well, that's just my first impression lang naman, overall eh I'm enjoying the game, 5 hours lang nga tulog ko nung Sunday night sa kakalaro, Kala ko 10PM pa lang, yun pala midnight na, buti sinabihan ako ni misis na matulog na kundi baka 2AM na ako matatapos. Ahahaha

Eventhough it's hard to see what's going on most of the time, I love the battle system. I would have wanted a traditional hack and slack button mashing and many games have tried to force me out of it and failed but this game actually won. It's like saying, "Dude, enjoy each battle, no matter how random." Panicking and rushing battles will NOT work on this game. I love it.

I also appreciate how SE is still trying to improve whatever they can even long after the release date. The trophies are even easy compared to the other FF games, even easier than Type-0.. like they understand that this game is the gateway drug for the current generation of players who hasn't played any numbered FF yet. This game is truly a turning point for SE.
