Sa CC kasi tanggap sila kung sino sila. Dahil bawal ang i-maltrato ang LGBT people sa workplace. DAhil na rin ito sa kultura ng kumpanya. Kadalasan isa sa mga values ng kumpanya ay ang diversity.
Sometimes they are loud but then again, they are professional. As long as they are getting the job done. Walang problema. Minsan sila pa nga matino magtrabaho. 'yung mga "straight" people pa nga nag drag down sa team minsan.

as much as possible ayaw ko sana voice account, mahina kasi ako sa pakikiusap sa tao.
alam ko may training, kaso sa una kong cc's lagi ako fail sa mock calls, sana i get it right this time around.
kung hinde, i guess this is not the industry for me.

Anyways. In this industry, dapat malawak pang unawa mo then tamang pakikisama at tamang social life whether scuba scuba, travel travel inom inom bidyoke as long as okay ang "GROUP" and "Team" kasi in this industry umiiral ang "Team Work" not "Solo flight at low-life a*holes"
whether lalaki, babae, b@kla, Tomboy or disable, ang isa lang maganda dito is equal rights. Walang mayaman, walang panot puro pogi at magaganda nag sy-sync
Yun nga lang stressfull when it comes to job at sobrang layo sa pinagaralan but still nothing beats the bond ! +1000 ako dito.
Saka lahat dito humble, kahit mga bossing dito nanlilibre eh kasi for the team!
Pero overall, iba parin ang career path na may kinalaman sa pinagaralan mo hehe pampuhunan lang

Hindi ako makaalis dito sa call center na pinasok ko. Dalawang taon na ako dito. Mahirap makahanap kasi ng kapalit. Non-voice, fixed weekend off, morning at mid-shift lang, 30 minutes away from where I live, at higit sa lahat... walang customer interaction!
