anybody here working in a BPO na day shift? need to shift. working at IBM ngayon as a 1st line manager (TL level).

Unti-unti nang nababawasan ang aking attention span. Masyado palang malawak ang scope of support ng Flexpay ng T-mob. How I wish CSR na lang ako ng Sony PS3 o kaya kahit ng Xbox360 para at least enjoy ako kais tungkol sa videogames/console yun. Saka walang makitang inspirasyon sa training. Lahat ng type ko nagkaanak na pero walang asawa. :bigmouth:

actually mejo madaming iba hehe. dati sa etel alam ko carry over ang leaves. as in kahit maipon. sa stream, up to 12 lang. tapos walang convertible sa cash.

-noon, 24 days ang leaves, tapos naging 18 na lang dun sa mga sumunod sa amin. naging 12 na lang when they acquired etelecare. :huh: buti na lang kaming "early" employees we retained that 24 or 18 leaves yun lang wala nang carry over.
-noon, Intellicare ang health card. separate ang medical coverage ng employee sa dependents. after buying etelecare, they adopted the latter's policy as in 150k na lang ang medical coverage and if you got a dependent you got pay for it and hahati na lang sa 150K. its like buying 1 pitcher for you, then when you want another person (dependent) to drink you'll pay twice for that 1 pitcher. :facepalm:
-noon, ang stream walang bond ngayon meron na 30k, kasi sa training na ibibigay.
-noon, concert ang xmas party, iba't ibang sikat na rockbands. last time sa parking area lang kami :lol: hindi nga ako um-attend :cheer:
-noon, mas marami magagandang chicks sa North EDSA, ngayon medyo nabawasan :sweat:

Dito rin dami badaf eh pero sa mga matatalinong badaf hindi sila maharot o brutal kung lalapitan ka. Professionalism okay na okay sila basta alam mo lang ang limitations at bounderies nila pagdating sa kacharotan eh wala ka siguro magiging problema.
