This edition of the game will hit U.K. shores on April 27 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, priced at £69.99. , No mention of a U.S.  release was given. The standard edition of the game will release in the U.S. three days earlier, on April 24. The Collector’s Edition includes:
Making of DVD – interviews with the developers from Piranha Bytes who delve deeper into the production of Risen 2.
Soundtrack CD – The gripping tunes of the Risen 2 soundtrack will immediately absorb the listener into this fantastic pirate world.

Amulet – a pendant that every pirate and Risen 2 fan will be proud of.
The Art of Risen 2: Dark Waters – an exclusive collection of art cards on high quality-paper.

EGM’s TAKE: Usually with Collector’s Editions like this, the U.S. will get a separate version, similar to Final fantasy XIII-2. Expect an announcement from Deep Silver closer to the game’s release date. If you’re really interested though you can always import it. The most interesting piece in this collection has to be the Pirate flag, who doesn’t want one of those to put on the wall?
Risen 2: Dark Waters, originally scheduled to launch for consoles on May 22 in North America and on May 25 in Europe, will now launch for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on July 31 in North America and on August 3 in Europe. A PC release is still scheduled for April 27 in both territories.
The console versions will offer extra content. An addtional episode, called “The Air Temple,†adds “several hours†of additional gameplay.
