Allow Discussions About Console Modding AGAIN

We should be allowed to share information with regard to modding (AGAIN). Modding doesn't mean piracy. Plenty of people just want to preserve their games especially with the rise of digital downloads and modding is one way of doing that. Modding as a way of cheating should still be banned.

For previous generation consoles, I think it is okay and not considered modding for pirating games.

The question is, how do we prevent people from posting links that are considered "pirated" web sites?

We should just be as discreet as possible.

Natetemp na nga ako mag mod ng PS3 ko. Gusto ko lang mainstall yung games ko sa HDD para mas mabilis ang load. Problema lang kapag nimod ko, di na ako makakapag online kaya walang trophies. :sweat:
