PS VITA - Is it Dead?

Recently I've read an article saying that the Vita came in too late according to a Sony Exec. Me and my wife each own one, but sadly, we do not use it anymore due to the lack of games to play with.
Do you guys think this gaming platform/console is truly dead? Any worthwhile games you want to recommend to rekindle the love for this mobile console?

Yeah ito yung article by the way... http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/09/26/ ... unfiltered

As for new games, wala ako maisip masyado.

I think in terms of getting AAA support from Sony and 3rd party, definitely.

There are still games headed for it, mostly indies and japanese games, I think.

I've been considering getting one lately, mostly because I want to play a bunch of ps1 classics like Suikoden II, FF Tactics, Vagrant Story, Parasite Eve, and Chrono Trigger, etc. But the price has to come down a bit more for me in order to bite.

I'd like to play a lot more from my Vita, but meron ghost movement na yung left stick and mahal paayos that I'm not sure I want it fixed na din. The cost is like 30% of what a new Vita costs now. It's so expensive that feeling ko it's better to buy a new unit na lang, but the question is gusto ko pa ba bumili ng Vita after this bad experience?

^I considered that pero wala ako mahanap na nagbebenta locally nun ng parts online. Pupunta ako Manila this weekend and dadalhin ko Vita ko, baka may mahanap ako mas mura magaayos or at least buy some parts and fix it sa bahay ng utol ko bago kami bumalik sa Laoag.

EDIT: Ah, meron nagbebenta na ng analog stick sa OLX pero Lapu-Lapu city :) Staka medyo cheap yung parts that I'm having doubts.

sinubukan mo na ba diinan yung analog habang nirorotate? minsan kasi may topak yung contact ng analog sa board, masyado nakasayad kaya ganun ... nangyari sa fat ko dati ko and nung ginawa ko to nawala naman.

Ginawa ko na yun. Nung una eh naglessen yung ghost movement enough that nalaro at natapos ko yung Uncharted, pero at the end eh ayaw na gumana yung trick na yun kaya tinigil ko na pagkuha ng ibang trophy sa Uncharted. Baka lalo lang lumala sira if masobrahan ako ng diin.

Nasa Manila ako last weekend. Nagtanong ako and found 1 that can fix the analog stick for 1k less nung unang pinagtanungan ko but still mahal so bumili na lang ako ng precision screwdrivers and pag may time eh I'll try to see if taking it off and putting it back in works, if not, bibili na lang ako ng parts sa internet and replace it myselft. :bigmouth:

I think mas maganda laruin yung World of Final Fantasy sa Vita kasi.
