Power Rangers.

It's a movie stuck between now and the 90s. It writing could have been revolutionary if they adapted if for the current era but one leg in the 90s kind of made the movie cheesy.

^especially the robot sequences. Yun lang yung parteng baduy sa buong movie - buti na lang saglit lang yun. Also didnt like the bumblebee part plus the over-the-top product placements.

For me, it's not realistic. 5 teenagers given a life-risking task and they basically gave little resistance.

A villain that's supposed to be in the same mold as the Power Rangers but seems to have additional powers of her own, not to mention very surprised when the robots merged.

I would understand how Zordon and the robot understanding English since they have a ship for that. But what about Rita?

Resurrection. That's weird.

For me, it would have been more believable if Zordon just came to Earth to train warriors to protect their planet from impending alien invasion.. Parang Green Lantern Corp. Ewan ko ba, it's disappointing for me kasi dami ways they could have gone to pero they chose the generic 90s thinking.

^probably, the most annoying part of the movie was when the power rangers theme played during the robot scene. They just had to put that in.
