restarting modem usually solves common internet connection problems.

Ang madalas kasi na na-overlook ng karamihan is that nirerestart lang ng mabilis ang modem, dapat pagka-off antay ka ng mga 10sec or more then saka mo i-on ulit.

Well in my case kahit ilang reset ng modem banned ip address pa rin nakukuha ko (kahit isang minute naka off yung modem bago ko buksan uli).

Good for you na naayos ng reset. At one point umabot na sa akin yung point na di na gumagana yan and i had to do the connect via another internet source method before i finally settled on using a different router.

Have not looked back since.

For the benefit of those who dont know lang, when it comes to modems magkaiba ang "restart" sa "reset".

Restart is yung normal na papatayin mo lang tapos ON mo ulit. Yung "reset" is yung maliit na button either sa ilalim or likod ng modem (depends on the make and model) na kelangan pa gamitan ng paper clip or anything small and pointy that you can use to push. That will set your unit to factory default so kung activated ang access control sa device mo or any other current settings burado lahat yun. Last resort na dapat yung hard reset kasi pag dinalasan yun pwede ma-brick ng tuluyan yung device - its rare but it happens.

Guys pa help, hindi ko ma sync yung psn trophies ko pero naka signed-in ako sa psn, ps store is working naman.

Hindi ko alam if meron kinalaman yung bagong palit na binigay ng pldt na router since nasira yung old router ko and wala rin ako knowledge sa mga port port or something

Kaka sync ko lang now after 30 tries? Lol, hindi ko alam ano yung naging issue or naging problem neto or meron lang sigurong issue yung network ng psn or pldt?

mukhang di ulit ako maka sync, sinubukan ko ulit now pero nakuha ko ulit yung error NW-31456-9 and di ako maka connect online

Mako-Kodak-an (my slang term for taking a picture ) mo yung binigay sa iyong modem/router ng PLDT? Baudtec yata yung pinalit sa amin last year. Direktang wired ako naka connect sa PS4 ko. Nangyari rin sa akin a few weeks ag na nakaka-sign in pero hirap mag sync ng Trophies. Hindi ko na matandaan kung ni-on-off ko lang yung modem/router ko, pero umayos din pagkatapos ng mga isang araw. Mas maganda post mo yung model ng modem/router tapos subukan ko na lang din i-Google yung error code. Nasubukan mo na rin Public DNS ng Google?

Hindi marunong sa mga port forwarding lol, balak ko na nga bumili ng router:(
Hindi ko alam kubg bakit di sya makaconnect eh, nat type 2 naman yung lumalabas sa internet status.

wag mabilisan pre, ipahinga mo modem mo by turning it off for about 30 sec or more then saka mo i-on....

^ yup more than 30 sec, after 1 to 3 minutes pa nga minsan .

Actually i don't really play online since i dont have ps+ right now, napansin ko lang nahirapan siya minsan mag connect sa servers online, for example yung online features ng persona 5 na didisconnect lagi yung connection same for browsing some ranking stats online eg. Resident evil rankings, antagal mag connect hanggang mag error nalang siya ng NW-31456-9 cannot connect

Yes naka signed in siya.

weird man... naka wifi kami pldtmydsl tapos nakaka sign in naman ako sa psn at nakapag sync ako ng trophies then upload ng save games kanina lang.

I suspect baka sa servers nung game ang may problema. Ako kasi problema ko ngayon laging connection lost pag nag attempt ako ng online match sa tekken 7 pero other than that, normal ang online functionalities ng psn from my end.

Nasubukan ko na sa ibang game pero ayaw talaga siya.

teka, anong region gamit mo ngayon na nangyayari yang problema mo sa psn?

best advice na lang siguro na masasabi ko is to wait it out..may mga naexperience na rin akong ganyan dati sa psn pero since hindi naman ako madalas naglalaro online kaya hindi ko napapansin at hinahayaan ko na lang. Sometimes it fixes by itself.
