This was how it was originally supposed to end according to Neil Druckmann. They'll discuss it at PAX I think. Looks like an interesting ending.

Inabot ng 40 hours yung playthrough ko on hard. Stealth kasi palagi tsaka todo explore pero 131 of 141 collectibles lang nahanap ko. Ibang klase tong laro na to.

Ang kulit nung Savage Starlight. Akala ko parang Mass Effect easter egg lang yun pala nirereflect niya yung current na situation nila Joel.

Ang kukulit din ng easter eggs lalo na yung Uncharted 13 - Justin Bieber as Drake.

Hope ND would make a new IP instead, think ok na yung story nila Joel/Ellie. At medyo nakakasawa na rin nga zombie/clickers/walkers etc.

I still think na dapat naging optional yung decision at the end of the game. Surrender Ellie to the firefly to save humanity, or metaphorically speaking, keep Ellie to save Joel from this mad world they live in.

But in the end, the story has always been about Fatherhood so I think tama lang yung closure niya.
