PinoyPS Outing

Last saturday we had a gathering in my place. We had some agenda we needed to discuss.
At first we did brainstorming on PPS making its own exhibition. After that our discussion turned towards the idea of making a PPS blog/gaming news site.
Lastly, our talks went to going for an outing. Eventually Adrian brought the idea of going to Singapore. They were planning on going Anime Festival Asia 2012. It's gonna be held on November 9-11, 2012

Anyway the whole trip isn't all about the event. If the others don't feel like going to the event, they can venture on their own. The trip is all about PPS having its own outing, which never happens before. We always talk about doing an outing, but not once it came to fruition.
I propose the trip will be 3 days, 2 nights. A day is spend on the event, another day is spend on exploring Singapore. The last day will be for last minute shopping or exploring before going back to the Philippines.
This trip is solely for the inner circle members of PPS. Making it public will make the trip hard to organize. But the members here feel they want to invite someone else, they could as long as they are fully committed to the trip.
So far me, adrian, sirzap, dante, louie are interested already. The others are still 50/50, it all depends on how much they will spending on tickets and accommodation.
I also came up with a tentative schedule for the said trip.
May-June: We need to make a tentative list of people who want to join the trip.
July-August: Find deals for accommodation and tickets. By the end of august, we need to booked everything.
I believe the trip is still relatively cheap since it's not yet a peak season. We also need to contact the boys in Singapore for assistance in finding a cheap hostel or hotel.
