2. The free games have been better compared to US PS Plus

Yeah, the only reason to go US at this point is if you want to retain your old PS Plus library.

yes, you can use it for an HK account even if you are here in the Philippines

Pero what if kung hindi hk account yung account ko? Hindi ko kasi matandaan kung ano yung sakin eh, will I still be able to use it?
