May calls siya pero hindi siya tulad ng ibang call center. Actually mas back office ito kaysa sa ibang back office. Sobrang flexible ng trabaho. Kung sobrang organized ka, madadalian ka sa trabaho dito.

I wouldn't say it's like SE. The industry is different... really different. We do not have OPIs but you do get enrolled to an online diploma (often one that you will be supporting) that is certified by the Australian government.

Nabanggit nga sa akin na madaming umaalis sa SE dahil hindi na maabot ang target para makakuha ng OPI at ibang iba na daw dahil wala na masyadong mga lumang tao.

sa mga nakatrabaho ko dati, iilan lang yung ok. Minalas lang siguro ako dahil karamihan kups din talaga. Mas tropa ko pa yung TL ng ibang team kesa sa mga sariling kong naging TL. Unsupportive power trippers talaga. Karamihan ng mga naging TL ko literally dont understand a single thing about leading a team. All they really care about are numbers. Stress and work medyo handle ko naman, pero talagang mga tao lang sa paligid ang nakakasira ng araw ko dati. Ipag-OT mo ko at anytime papatusin ko yan, kahit pa mandatory o hindi, RDOT yan or pre/post shift, walang issue sa kin, sanay ako sa basagan na trabaho pero pag kasamahan mo na ang babasag ng araw mo ibang usapan na yun.

In perness, madaling magka jowa sa industriyang to. Yung mga hindi mo inaakalang hindi papatol syo at medyo "out of my league" eh biglang fubu mo na haha...

LOL....I met my match (si Kumander) sa Sykes...Then she left to pursue a career in the Academics world....

Masasabi ko madami nga talaga tukso sa BPO/Call Center Industry...I've seen families get broken because of irresponsible Dads & Moms....
