I am an infrastructure admin in one of the Top Mobile companies here in the Philippines and we handle, deploy and maintain like a thousand servers as well as netoworking equipments. Yes we don't restart them often but we do restart them once every six months as a part of "preventive maintenance" to relieve the load as well as unwanted processes that are run in the systems.

Just like what I said, in essence the architecture of both servers and PCs are the same since they use processors, hard disks/storage devices and run different processes that are prone to hang-ups. Like what you said, servers run specific functions and runs higher load than pcs. But the bottom line is both of them are still computers and are prone to malfunction and hang-ups due to use.

so kung meron kang ISP email, like @skydsl.com.ph or something like that. hindi naman corporate mail yon

Possible din na may naka activate na keylogger sa PC..Iyon iyong pinaka madaling pang hack ng password,lalo na kung sa rentals ka nag-use....

jk, ingat lang lagi and maganda lgay mo sa lalagyanan ng damit mo yung mga password shempre sulat sa papel wag na sa yahoo or etc etc

hindi naman malalagyan ng keyloader ang PC mo unless may physical access yung hacker sa PC mo

usually nag start ito ng isang attack sa isang user. pag na-hack na yung password, phishing na. usually ang mga nang-phi-phish din naman hindi magaling mag hack talaga, kaya phishing ang style nila kasi mas madali mang uto.
