as great as this is for MMA fans, i wonder why Strikeforce is doing this. these fights (fedor-silva, overeem-werdum, fedor-overeem) could headline, on their own merits, separate Strikeforce events and most likely yield more profits for Strikeforce. it's just puzzling because these are the fights that they should have made long ago and now they're planning to do them all in one night.

Nga pala guys, rumors are spreading na sa UFC 129 Dos Santos will fight against Lesnar or Mir for the interim belt, and if he wins, Dos Santos vs Velasquez will be done in UFC's trip to Rio.

About the Strikeforce HW tourney, di naman sa isang event lang gagawin yan. Ang balak ata nila is one event will headline its own show, tapos around 1 month apart yung events. Sa Yahoo sports section ko sinusubaybayan yung balita. Realistically din, malabong may papayag na athletic commission na more than once lalaban sa isang gabi yung fighters (for safety reasons), lalo na kay Overeem na 5 rounds each ang mga laban.

Excited na ko for the next UFC event. Kahit isa sa tatlo (MW championship, Jones-Bader, Forrest-Franklin) solb na ko as headliner eh, pano pa kaya on one night lang

Though I'm favoring JDS since Brock's chin and heavy hitters seems to be his kryptonite
