My PS vita is R3(Asian version) kaya yung ps account ko naka address sa Hong Kong which is hindi available yung Philippines. It's possible na pwede baguhin yung address sa ps account ko napasin ko lang most of the PlayStation gamer Asian region ang gamit dito satin naka address sa Singapore.

For the sake of acquiring DLC's, i suggest gumawa ka ng pang SG na account. General kasi yun for our region. May mga issue kasi na HK ang PSN account pero hindi maka redeem ng dlc kahit pa R3 yung game pero nung gumawa sila ng SG account dun ngayon nila na-redeem yung dlc.
