I think it's a utopian view for each game was judge "fairly" (whatever that means). Even if you tried to round up a committee of "real" gamers and reviewers from famous websites. At the end of the day, subjective din eh.

I read the SP sucked really bad (even MW3's campaign was better).

means to show you really havent played the game yet.

Heck, even copies of BF3 show the muliplayer disc first before the single player disc.

means you only saw this on the PC ( Hello...PS3? One Disc? Blu-ray? Ring-a-bell?)

Now, to defend my stance. The game of the year should be a game that has the most polish and hits high on almost every category which makes a game great (e.g gameplay, story, graphics, sound, presentation, lasting appeal, etc.). GOTY isn't a popularity contest. More often than not, the most popular games hasn't done anything amazing or innovative.

Clearly your own opinion, we have different opinions, it is a free country ain't it? We have different tastes on games like sir Ravencroft said.

Why is BF3 leading the GOTY award?

Seriously? BF3? GOTY?

If you don't want to see BF3 winning..try going to the MW3 Poll! maybe its winning there? or the Skyrim Poll! or even Hannah Montana!! ( Siguro platinumed mo to? )

BF3, like I said, is only "half a game" and to be blunt, does not warrant GOTY.
