Our apologies for the long downtime. The new host (AWS) was unable to handle our database when we first migrated it. The web server was unable to handle the database that's why it always goes down. To explain it simply, database => high RAM consumption => shutdown.
We figured it out so we have separated the site with the database. So we have two servers, one is for the site itself, another one is for the database.
Will be observing the performance. Hopefully, downtime will be less and less frequent.
Our apologies for the long downtime
