^kasi nga hindi natatagpas ang mga sungay ng mga kups na tao ng dahil sa mentalidad na yan. Pag kasi hindi mo pinapalagan hindi matututong lumugar, lalo lang lalala ang mga ganyang pag uugali.

Pinaka epektib na method ng pagpapatino is pinapahiya talaga yung mga repeat offender. Walang mababago pag walang magbabago talaga.

Yung mga bahay na naging restaurant pero walang wastong parking area, lalo na kung nasa residential area talaga yung restaurant at mas lalo na kung masikip yung lugar. Hassle for both customers and passers.

naiisip ko tuloy yung saguijo sa guijo street sa makati. tahimik yung area dahil residential except dun sa saguijo dahil gabi-gabi may banda. kulong naman yung tunog sa loob ng bar pero pag sa kapitbahay, di ko alam kung gaano kalakas o kahina yun.

Sa akin depende sa tipo ng senior citizen na kasabay. Meron din kasi minsan ok kausap...Pero meron din hinde...Lalo na yung mga tipong feeling rich or feeling mo kung sino porke balikbayan lang...

im not talking about their attitude but more like sa abala - need pa i-process yung senior citizen book nila tapos hahanapin pa yung mag aapprove, pipirma pa, etc. imbes na iabot na lang yung bayad agad para matapos na.

I understand matatanda sila pero parang hindi sila senior, more like privileged citizen...
