1) Recommended ba mag-4k kahit na medyo maliit yung kwarto?

2) What's the ideal TV size kung hahabulin mo yung 4K?

3) Recommended budget 4KTVs?

4) Also, recommended HDR10 capable TVs on a budget (if such things exist na locally)?
Bukod sa Sony 43x8000d na na-mention ni ron_bato, you may wanna check out the Samsung 40KU6000 (40" 4K with HDR Premium). Read the review and ratings here: http://ca.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ku6300

Thanks for the input guys, really helpful for a noob like me.

Nagsukat ako ng room ko kanina since I was already planning to do some room renovation anyway, and I found out na my room's dimensions are around 5.33 feet by 6 feet, so I guess going for a 43" TV unit would be normal?

^ Malalaman ba kaagad yun out of the box? Or is it something na makikita mo lang sa reviews and online tech specs?

Big deal kaya yung triluminos display?

49" Sony X8000D - 44+++
49" Sony X7000D - 36+++

If hdr is a big deal for you, go for the x8000d. X8000d has a 10 bit panel, with wide color gamut. So you'll get better color reproduction.

The samsung 49 ku6300 is a pretty good tv, and is for sale now for 32k. Which i think is better than the x7000d.

The lg 55 uh7700 is for sale for 40k though. You might want to consider that as well.

Personally sony and samsung tvs have better upscaling. You cant beat size though, so the 55 uh7700 is a great deal.

I have the 43 x8000d and the colors are really good. Cant be happier with the picture quality.

But my advice go for the lg 55uh7700.

Yup hdr din siya but doesnt have wide color gamut which is going to be important for hdr content (the lg or the samsung ones i mentioned above are the same). the triluminous display really provides better colors needed for a better hdr experience.

That said, x8000d doesnt have the most premium hdr implementaion out there (compared to flagship models) but trumps the hdr even in the uh7700 because of the better range of colors. Ive seen hdr in about 4 games, and it really helps the experience (but wont blow you away - at least not yet).

My advice, hdr doesnt really matter at this point. Theres not enough content out there anyway. Go for the bigger tv that fits your budget.

:sweat:

Wag ka na mag 50 w800c. If balak mo rin mag upgrade in 3 years, bili ka na lang ng budget 4k tv na malaki.

Yung samsung 49 ku6000 or sony 49 x7000d okay na yun. Both are a significant upgrade over 2015 models without breaking the bank.

January ang CES, so around march magkakaron bago models. :)

Always pays to wait, especially sa teansition period na ito ng tech, but right now, the budget models provide good value din.
