May year na nakikisama yung IMAX sa MMFF may year na hindi and this year tuloy ang Star Wars sa IMAX kahit may MMFF.. last year din yung the hobbit showing sa IMAX kahit may MMFF..

pero feel ko dito medyo irerecycle nanaman yung ibang elements sa a new hope and phantom menace.. like may mamatay na master jedi and i think it's luke.. hence the line in the trailer na "hope is not lost today, it is found".. and I dunno what JJ was thinking when he gave away chewie's death sa latest trailer.. baka more of a trekky talaga siya..

I hope VII becomes the next Empire Strikes Back which is the best out of all the movies so far. The revelation at the end is still the most satisfying and shocking ever in a movie. Now if only they released the theatrical versions in Blu Ray and I'll be happy.

The prequels never happened much like how there are only two Terminator movies which are the 1st and Judgment Day. They prequels almost retroactively ruined the entire Star Wars saga for me.

pinanood namin yung a new hope kagabi.. haha laugh trip kami kagabi.. yung aktingan olats.. ang kulit ng barilan na scene sa simula parang mga totoy lang.. yung mga costume din olats lalo na kay vader in HD.. mukhang dawa sa karton yung helmet na pentel pen pinangkulay kasi may mga uneven na or faded na blacks.. the special effects were bad.. napansin ko n sila dati sa orig release and present pari sa remaster version sa VHS.. cringe worthy talaga yung lightsaber battle na hindi sumusunid ng maayos yung effects and lumalabas pa yung dulo na plastic ng lightsaber..

Buti sa Empire Strikes Back makintab na helmet ni Darth Vader..

Still trying to be at terms with the hype that I will be seeing the next Star Wars Movie in 2 weeks!

I was in prep when my mom took me to see ROTJ in greenbelt.
A fresh college grad with with old highschool buddies for TPM at a then very new Glorietta 4.
Skipped work with my co-workers with my first employer to see ATOC at G4
Took my girlfriend (now my wife) for ROTS at Greenbelt.

Now a father of a 2 kids who are older than me when i first saw ROTJ.

The force is strong!

As for Kylo Ren madami nga nagsasabi he could be Luke....I read some article online he's not really a Sith but a human who aligned with them
