Along with games like the Final Fantsy VII Remake by Square Enix and Dreams by Media Molecule, Atlus’ Persona 5 is listed for a PS4 2016 release date in Europe in this official ad, via David Scammell of VideoGamer.
Persona 5 is set for a 2015 PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 release in Japan. The anticipated RPG is also set for a 2015 release for the PS4 and PS3 in North America. With this official ad, the PS4 release of Persona 5 is possibly slated for a 2016 release in Europe, as well.
Europe seems to be getting a few Atlus releases later than North America, and there have even been some listings for 2016 for Persona 5 published by Square Enix. “That’s just completely wrong. A lot of people assume that this is correct because they published something back in what, 2008? It just isn’t true. I’m working on getting those incorrect listing removed. We are trying to get publishers locked in for our titles in EU and will announce things when they are locked in. We don’t want another Shin Megami Tensei IV or Devil Survivor Overclocked situation. We are very aware of what happens when we make premature announcements for Europe. At least I am. The only thing I can confirm for Persona 5 is 2015.â€

True. Pero baka may ipakita sila sa Tokyo Game Show.
Atlus announced that they’ll have a “Persona Special Stage†event at this year’s Tokyo Game Show on September 19th from 2:30pm to 3:30pm JST.
The stage event will feature some popular talents behind the Persona series like vocalist Yumi Kawamura, Lotus Juice, Shihoko Hirata, DJ WAKA and many others, who’ll be there to perform live music.
Additionally, there will be a live talk show featuring Persona Stalker Club’s hosts Mafia Kajita and Tomomi Isomura. More details for the event will be announced in the near future.
Atlus haven’t shared any details on whether we’ll get a new trailer or release date for Persona 5 at Tokyo Game Show, but seeing that they’re going to have this special event for the occasion, there’s a good chance that we may get something new.
