Yung nasa p90x videos kasi steel bars tlga gngmit nila ee..
Yung nga nakikita ko din yun, kaso dapat palabas yung door frame dun, samin kasi hindi.. :sweat:
Nag I-improvise nalang ako sa dumbells pag back ang work out..

Sa mga nag-p90x or insanity dito. Pag sobrang pagod na, do you guys stop the workout or do you rest for a few minutes tapos tuloy na ulit? I mean noong first time niyo i-try.

diba yung insanity yung schedule workout nya is everyday.. sunday rest..nung 1st time ko subukan insanity, the first workout video nya nahilo ako dun at nagsuka..haha sobrang hirap.. then sumakit yung buong katawan ko for 3-4days, so hindi ako nagworkout nun.. bali yung 1month ko with insanity ginawa ko 2times a week lang.. then yung 2nd month kaya ko na everyday kasi hindi na sumasakit.. instead of 60days program sya naging 90days kasi puro skip ako nung 1st month..

pero 8months ko na ginagawa yung insanity until now.. pero yung yung 2 months dun alternate nalang or paminsan wala.. kasi muscle gain ako ngayon so free weights ginagawa ko.. alternate day yung insanity..

pero until now hindi parin ako makasabay sa workout ng insanity..nagimprove naman ako pero hirap talaga sabayan, paminsan pinapause ko yung video..hahaha obviously pati yung mga backup ni shaun T hirap din talaga.. pano pa kaya ako na hindi athlete body..hehe masmalakas pa nga yung mga girls dun sa video kesa sakin..haha..

Hahaha. Oo nga eh, parang ang hina ng tingin ko sa sarili ko noong napagod ako tapos yung mga chikas sa video direcho parin sila. Salamat. Basta't hangang sa kaya ko na lang yun ang gagawin ko pero target parin ang matapos. :)

Siguro papayat muna. Habang naghahanap ko ng magandang pull-up at kung saan iseset-up. May whey pa ako, nitrotech paubos na. Balita ko nga sa kaibigan ko nagmahal daw kasi may bagong formula. :( So sa ngayon, proper diet tapos insanity kung kaya ko lang kasi may training din sa muay thai. Lahat ng ito ginagawa ko dahil sa pampatabang holiday na yan. Di ko napigilan eh. Hahaha.

ok din muay thai or boxing.. dati boxing ako, bilis ko pumyat dun.. gusto ko nga din mag P90x kaso wala ako pwedeng pagsabitan ng pullup bar dito sa bahay tsaka magastos sa weights.. gusto ko rin ng squat/bench rack dati dahil sa Stronglift 5x5 workout pero sobrang gastos kung homebase lang, yung gym malapit samin mahal eh.. so ngayon sinbukan ko yung "les mills pump".. kasi free weights sya pero hindi na need ng squat/bench rack tsaka homeworkout lang.. so nakatipid ako..then alternate ko yung insanity for cardio..

wala bang ibang gym sa inyo kahit kanto/bakal gym na may squat rack o power rack?

buti samin kahit kinukuyog yung machines eh dinededma yung power rack hehe +1 sakin yun.. 30 petot lang buhay na ko at MWF pa ang SL5x5 or any other powerlifting 5x5 program.

9pm nako lagi nakaka gym. 1-2hrs nalang tuloy ako tapos minsan tinatamad pa, hindi narin ako nakaka cardio. :sweat:
Hindi ko na ma-maintain yung timbang ko sa 165, nasa 175 nako.... Nawawala narin tone ng body ko and nagkaka tiyan narin.tsktsk kailangan ko na mag bawas ng kain, hindi na kaya ng workout yung calorie intake ko. :facepalm:

boxing lesson pinakamablis magpapayat tska mag tone.. kahit kumain ka ng kahit ano..basta wag sobrang daming fats like oily, taba, fried, softdrinks.. papayat ka parin... take note kahit ano pwede mo kainin wag lang sobra kung magpapayat/tone lang gusto mo.. pero kung gusto mo ng mag gain muscles, bulk , ripped need mo talaga proper diet tska konting weights..

kung wala ka time punta ng gym.. ok yung insanity workout para home base lang.. search mo nalang sa youtube kung ano yun..

Almost 2 years ko na mmaintain yung weight ko sa 165. Dati 170, kaso 5'7 lang ako and sabi nung kapatid ko and barkada na nag mumukha daw akung maliit kaya binaba ko sa 160lbs, sa 160 naman parang napapayatan ako kaya inakyat ko 165.

Anyway wala namn na dagdag sa kinakain ko, nawala lang talaga yung cardio and medyo nag bawas ng weights na binu-buhat, minsan kasi pagod na sa work kaya tinatamad na.

Yung sa pag tone, sabi dati nung PT ko na ok lang daw na medyo magaan basta maraming reps per set, sa pag bulk naman ok lang konti ang reps per set basta mabigat ang binubuhat.

Gusto ko nga itry yung boxing kaso parang hindi naman ok yung sa Golds, mas ok yata yun sa mga Elorde.

ako kasi ayaw ko ng malaki tignan.. kasi 5'5 lang ako dating 155lbs ngayon 138lbs.. target ko mga 130-132lbs.. so ang workout ko is para magkatone/lean lang, konting muscles (biceps, tri, shoulder, chest, abs lang) ang ideal body na gusto ko is pareho sa mga soccer players/boxers.. pinaka gusto ko na body is kay david beckham..

so ang workout ko is more on cardio/endurance.. konting strength..

its up to you kung gusto mo bulk.. actually yun naman uso ngayon bulk.. ako ayaw ko.. wala sakin problema kung kasing payat ko si pacquiao.. kung ganon naman ka ripped muscles ko eh not bad na..

i am now maintaining my weight below 140. well, kasama pa rin ang diet, pero i am proud to say i no longer crave fatty foods.

4x a week workout, heavy mode every thursdays. jogging every saturday morning bago mag home workout.

one thing i'm gonna say is, makeshift gym equipments are awesome. make the most out of every opportunity.

One year today when I broke my left arm, as in really broken. Ngayon may dalawang bakal on both bones and 2 years daw bago pwede alisin. Di ko pa sure kung pwede na ulit akong mag gym after nung 2 years. Anyone knows kung posible pa magbuhat ang nabalian? I didn't get a chance to ask my doctor and I stopped going to him for check ups dahil one time pinagantay ako sa wala. Need to find a new ortho.
