Ako naman ginagawa kong praktis yung non-stop na jog. Hindi ko alam kung gaano kalayo yung tinakbo ko, pero yung kahabaan ng service road dito sa amin yung praktisan ko. Takbo na walang hinto hanggang makarating sa dulo. Kaya nung nakapag-5k uli ako hindi ko naramdaman yung hingal pagkatapos nung race.

Saka para masanay uli ako na gumising nang maaga, at maaga rin makakatulog sa gabi. :lol:
Hehe sir , remember na dapat may kaukulang warm up at stretching.. Sa ngayon wala pa yang epekto pero mahirap mapunit ang muscle natin :)

hehehe yan ang mapait na na experience ng kaibigan ko na takbo agad without warming up and proper stretching.. Ayun punet ang masel sa binti at hamstrings.

Oo sir. Pagkatapos ng unang 3k run ko sumakit ang buong katawan ko. Naging praktis ko na mag-stretching bago tumakbo. Nag-stretch pa nga ako habang naglalaro ng PS. :bigmouth:

meron ba nag "insanity workout" dito? search nyo sa youtube..

7months ko na ginagawa yun.. nakakapayat sya pero mabagal mag gain ng muscles or cuts kasi body weight exercise lang sya.. combination of HIIT/plyometics/cardio/resistance/core workout.. ayaw ko kasi puro buhat lang sa gym..hehe

5'5 and 140lbs ako ngayon.. plano ko ma maintain sa 135-138 weight ko.. pero gusto ko maging ripped muscles pa like mga lightweight boxers..

dapat ba mag weights din ako then alternate yung insanity? para mas mabilis mag gain ng muscles then magiging ripped din? healthy diet din ako ngayon.. hight protein, low carbs and fats.. everyday nagffruits ako and 15glass of water a day..

Not to mention nakaka-busog ang tubig haha. 4.5 liters of water a day ako. Anything less, feeling ko ang laki na ng kasalanan ko :ashamed:

Para sakin okay naman weight mo konting tweak lang sa diet. Kasi para sakin iba pa rin ang maraming pahinga.

Try mo gawin compound exercises kesa dyan sir. Try it you'll love it and you don't oblige to come to gym everyday for pesky 4-5 hours per session. MWF as per say. 1-2 hrs is enough for it.

When gaining muscles, always remember na pinaka mahalaga yung rest rest rest para maka recover ang punit na muscle tissue mo. Kaya mahalaga sa gaining ay ang tulog bata , 7-8 hours is a must. Kaya nabawasan ang gamign ko dahil sa focus talaga ako.

Good for you na healthy diet ka na, ako medyo may kalokohan pa na nainom hehehe at patakas kumain ng kung ano ano.

Kung gusto mo, you can try my exercise routine.

Stronglifts 5x5 by Mehdi

Try mo parallel Squats 5x5, Bench press 5x5, barbell rows 5x5 for Workout A routine at Parallel Squats 5x5, over head press 5x5, deadlifts 1x5 for Workout B routine.

Example : Monday Workout A, then Wednesday Workout B, then Friday Workout A... next week Monday Workout B, Wednesday Workout A then Friday Workout B... next week back to A B A on MWF. Gets the rotation?

At nagstart ako 36" belly fat ngayon 30" na at may konting curve na sa abdominal konting purga pa at lalabas na rin for week 7.

Ako kasi unti unting nagiging powerlifter

Current ko 200 LBS on squats, 170 on Bench press, 100 on overhead press at 120 on barbel squat at 200 on deadlifts take note week 7 pa lang. Hehehe

Im at 140 lbs at di ko masukat kung ilan ang body fat percentage ko.

Yeah water retention ! Eto lang logic dyan pag dating sa kotse o sasakyan.

Kaya yung sasakyan may gas tank kasi need nya irestore yung gas kasi hindi tuloy tuloy yung supply ng gas nya so need umistop sa gas station para refill.

Imagine mo kung umaandar yung kotse at may non stop supply ng gas.. hindi na kelangan dba yung gas tank?

Ganun din sa katawan, hindi mag tatago ng tubig sa katawan kung marami naman supply ng tubig.

same pala tayo ng timbang ngayon.. hehe.. ayaw ko talaga magbulk kasi yung body structure ko pareho kay john prats.. maliit lang tapos maikli yung legs.. basta imagine mo nalang si john prats ganun na ganun katawan ko.. pero tingin ko mas payat ako sakanya kasi nagwworkout ako.. magmumuka akong maliit lalo kung magbbulk ako.. kaya gusto ko parang mga lightweight boxer.. payat lang pero muscles..

regarding sa gym and weight.. wala ako time pumunta ng gym tska ayaw ko gumastos..hehe.. sa bahay lang ako, kaya insanity ginawa ko kasi no need for equipments tska sa loob lang ng bahay.. meron lang ako 11lbs dumbells tska 20lbs curlbar lang..hehe

iniisip ko kung nagwweights din ba mga 140lbs boxers or mga soccer player (alam ko hindi sila bumubuhat ng sobrang bigat) kasi babagal sila.. gusto ko kasi physically fit parin para mabilis kumilos.. pero ripped..

tama ka sa pagtulog, syempre mahirap yung puyat ka parati tapos mag-exercise ka, tatamaan puso mo nyan. also it is during sleep na mabilis ang body repair natin. lalo na sa nagwe-weights para mabuild ulit yung muscles na napupunit during workouts.

Pre si John Prats malapad yan sa personal mas malapad pa sakin yan. Kala mo lang magmumukha kang maliit sa bulky image na yan. Pero once you get slimmer while getting bulkier malalaman mo yung sinasabi mo na misconception lang. Yan din sinasabi ko dati hehe kasi "ayaw ko lumaki katawan magmumukhang bay ako" pero hindi naman. Once you get your results by doing it right, baka matuwa ka at para kang chiks pic ng pic sa salamin.

5'5 1/2 din ako pero sobra pa ko sa timbang. Target ko 135 lbs without losing muscle. Intact at reduced body fat like mga 3-5% lang.

Pero I beg to disagree with you ser. Di ako naniniwala sa walang time, ano ba naman ang 1-2 hours sa 24 hrs a day mo at 3 days for your 7 days a week. Ako sa gilid gilid na gym lang ako ngayon basta may power rack. 30 pesos per session means wan to sawa. 30 pesos x 3 90 pesos per week lang, kundisyon pa katawan mo.

Naniniwala ako sa kasabihan na to "Pag gusto may paraan, pag ayaw may dahilan". Yan ang patakaran ng disiplina

Ako call center boy ako with a shifting schedule pero nagagawan ko ng paraan mag gym every Monday Wednesday at Friday.

And inform na rin kita, i have been into MMA before, yes nag GYM sila, ang ginagawa nila failure exercises at stamina build up. And compound exercises para focus sa buong katawan not just a part like isolation and HIIT exercises.

Kinakarir talaga nila ang crunches para tumigas ang abdomen nila syempre sa boxing, napakahirap ang training talaga sa boxing or MMA dahil laging stamina at endurance. Hindi focus sa aesthetics.

Ako for now more on powerlifting and syempre well balance lean body. Sino ba may ayaw ng beach body? hehehe

Yep, kay Arnold talaga galing yung Compound exercises at proper form ng buhat, tho he admitted he do some little steroid shot pero nung tinrain nila with his trainor si Sylvesters Stalon, they got the proper body ni rambo doing the compound exercises with a healthy diet. boom Rambo body na!

Not unlike sa 7-8 hrs sleep eh staple ang katawan mo. So mas mahaba mas okay kaso pang mga bummer lang yan hehe.. 8hrs solb solb na.

haha, ayos! pareho pala tayo ng height and goal na 135lbs.. sinearch ko kasi yun ang ideal weight para sa 5'5 eh. ako 135-138lbs pwede na.. malapad nga si john prats, ganun kasi ako dati before ako mag insanity.. naging 155lbs ako overweight na.. pareho kasi kaming mahaba yung upper body tapos maikli yung legs.. meron kasing 5'5 din pero normal yung haba ng upper and lower body, baka sayo ganun w/c is normal look parin..

lean pala yung tamang term..hehe iba pala yung ripped.. sinearch ko na para maging lean, define, muscle.. dapat mag gain ng muscle mass w/o gaining body fat.. tapos magbulk up ka then lose weight.. meron din isang technique yung: (shrink wrap effect ng mga hollywood celebs:

actually nagboxing lesson din ako pero mga 5yrs ago na sa elorde gym.. gusto ko kasi na workout yung HIIT eh.. dahil sa stamina and endurance.. kaya naisip ko gawin yung insanity.. problem is mabagal mag gain ng muscles pero nagimprove yung stamina/endurance ko.. gusto ko imaintain yun, kaya iniisip ko alternate nalang yung insanity.. yung MWF ko lifting weights na.. magtatanong ako dun sa gym malapit sa amin..hehe

ngayon kasi 70-80% diet ko kasi may cheat meal and cheat day parin ako..haha hirap iwasan eh.. gusto ko gawin yung shrink wrap effect.. kaya todo diet ako, then todo HIIT.. pero di ko sure kung tama ba yung gagawin ko na routine..

Meron hehe documented ginagawa ko pero di ko pa ipopost.. masyado malapit pa mga pagitan. Gusto ko day 1 tapos week 12 agad.. tapos after 6months then a year. Para maganda talaga resulta.

Pag every week o months di pa noticable yun.

Saka wala na ko taga kuha pag magpoposing hahaha single ang landian ko eh. Dati may taga kuha tapos flex flex

About ehersisyo, syempre it all boils down na "what may work on me may not work on you vice versa" Si Brad pitt sa Fight club compound ginamit nya para sunugin at the same time muscle at strength build up.

Eto, once I ended up on week 12 mabubuhat ko twice ng timbang ko which is squating on 300 lbs or 150 kg at bench press on 260 lbs or 130 kg. Bigat no? seems impossible pero doable. Dati nga di ko maimagine na magsquat ako ng 200 lbs na current mark ko.

Hehehe pero ngayon naka back brace na ko kasi mabigat na talaga. In the long run mag kne-knee pads na rin ako hehehe support lang eh.

Sarap talaga mag squat ramdam na ramdam mo yung after burn.. Yung tipong tapos ka na mag gym may calorie burning pa ng ilang oras.

Mga sir ask ko lang kung ok lang mag buhat araw araw?sa bahay lang namin ako nag eexercise at nag bubuhat..bale dalawang 10 lbs dumbbells lang ang binubuhat ko..siguro umaabot din ako ng 45 mins sa pag bubuhat..bale ang routine ko is 6 rounds sa punching bag, 20 mins sa stationary bike, pero nakatayo, then magbubuhat na ako after..ok lang ba yung ganung routine?i am 5'5" and weighing 140 lbs...actually umabot ako ng 165 lbs 3 years ago.. :sweat:
