collecting comics used to be one of my most beloved hobbies kaso minsan nauubusan ako ng issue kaya nasisira collection ko (case in point: Superman: For tomorrow storyline Naubusan ako nung issue 215! :wah: )

nagbabasa pa rin ako paminsan minsan pero old titles na lang like Spiderman: Blue; Ultimate Spider-man; Superman for all seasons; etc.

ang bago na lang na binabasa ko ay Avengers: Children's Crusade. fave ko kasi yung young avengers!

I got a complete set of Superman: For Tomorrow sa Comic Odyssey last 2009. Check mo sa back issue bins ng Comic Odyssey at Planet X baka meron ka pang makita.

Uncanny X-Force has the Dark Angel Saga, where the team goes to the Age of Apocalypse reality!

ano na nangyari sa image comics? sorry if OT pero naalala ko lang yan yung isa sa mga dinaanan kong comics wild c.a.t.s., spawn, etc.

Buhay pa naman ang Image Comics. They mostly do creator-onwed titles the past few years, with the exception ng classics nila like Witchblade, Savage Dragon, The Darkness, Spawn, etc.

Stuff that Jim Lee used to handle sa Image like WildC.A.T.S. and Gen13 are now part ng DC Comics under the just-ended Wildstorm imprint.

oooh okay... thanks sa info... ito hirap sa matagal nang hindi napupunta sa mga comic stores... wala sinuko ko na yung collections nung HS pa... hehehe... nakakamiss lang yung experience na mag-deposit for the issue you've been waiting for then yung parang tanga ka na ingat na ingat sa paglipat ng pages hahaha... honestly, i'd like to go back kasi marami akong gustong stories ng superhereos (balikan at yung current) kasi nawawala na ko trend... kaso sobrang hirap alagaan ng comics nandyan ang pagiging sensitive nito sa water, air, masulatan, malukot, etc. sobrang arte ko non nawawalan ako ng gana kapag may napansin akong mali sa comics ko kaya since magastos din tinigil ko na lang... hahaha...

pano yon fafs? is that more expensive issue of comics or compilation of issues of a comic? meron ba nito sa filbars? dyan ako madalas dati hahaha... TIA...

Dunno if mas mura, minsan kasi 4-5 issues ang laman ng book, minsan naman 10.

^^ Yup. Mas makakamura ka actually if you buy TPB. And usually may mga extra bonus content pa ang TPBs like concept arts and additional issues. The downside is, aantayin mo matapos ang isang series before they collect it on TPB.

Reading the current Green Lantern arc, "War of the Green Lanterns". medyo excited na malaman kung sino ang magiging bagong Green Lantern ng Sector 2814.

gusto ko lang mag comment na ang mahal talaga ng marvel compared sa dc haha. kakabili ko lang ng paperback ng secret invasion at 1500 tapos ang brightest day volume 2 na hardcover na tapos recently released din ay 1200

Yup. Generally mas mahal nga Marvel TPBs kaysa DC.

what do you guys think about the DCU reboot?

Personally I'm ok with it as long as they keep some elements intact tulad nung Batman Inc and Green Lantern stuff. Bastat maganda TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION stories ok na ok sa akin and I think some characters like Superman need a shot in the arm haha sobrang bored ako kay Superman

oo nga, bumili ako ng the Mighty Thor 200 pero mga comics ng DC like DCUO legends, at inFamous 150 petots lang.

by the way san ka bumili ng Brightest Day? 1200 lang ba kamo?
