About US and Hongkong accounts

what is the advantages and disadvantages of both? cause i have a Hongkong account

if mahilig ka sa DLC, which is from the psn store, then better go with a US account.
since on the news, most game publishers plan to make more DLC for their games.
dito kasi sa US, puro rent lang yung iba, so hindi kumikita mga publisher sa kanila, so ginagawa ng mga publisher ngayon, "kulang" lagi yung game pag ka release, to get all the features the game has to offer, you need to buy the DLCs.

unless meron ka bilihan ng hk psn card, ok na rin hk account. late lang ata sila minsan sa dlc? not sure.

you can play any region (r1, r2, r3), kahit r4 pa yan. region-free ang ps3.

basically dlc's are add ons to games... there are some dlc's that are exclusive to region meaning you can't play that add on if you're using a different region of a game (r1 dlc is only compatible to r1 game) There are other dlc on the other hand that are region free..(r1 dlc can be compatible to r1, r2 ,r3, etc.)

yes sir but like I said if ever you want DLC then make another account(though R1 this time) to purchase and download the DLC then feel free to play it with your other account

yeah i guess it's ok..haha..but it's better to have a us account just in case you want to try demos cause sometimes the hk psn doesn't get the same thing as the us does

use the HK for ALL online games
then use the US for PURCHASE only

Ganyan yung situation ko... i play with my HK account and purchase with my US account.
