Help - Time Out On PSN Registration

Hi Guys,

New here. Just got my PS3 Slim 120GB last night. I have this weird problem. The thing can connect to my WiFi (TPLink wireless router, am using Globe Broadband 1MBPS). I can browse sites but I cannot register a new PSN account. The reg page for PSN HK timed out of me all the time.

What seems to be the problem? It also timed out when I tried to register via my PC. Is it my ISP? or Equips?
