i just bought it but haven't finished dling it yet :( stuck at 11% something lols looks like everyone is trying to dl @_@ and yes its just one dude who made it with this tools, from his post in his forums lols

hey thanks contrast... my tools are very simple:

-VC 6.0 for programming
-Sound Forge for recording music and sounds
-a squier strat by fender guitar
-a line6 pod xt live for guitar effects/amp sim (into a mixer into the computer for recording)
-i have an audiophile 2496 sound card so i don't get ridiculous line noise.

that's it! pretty simple smile.gif

"Though the sometimes frustrating difficulty and occasional pacing misstep taint the experience slightly (it would be nice to have longer moments of respite between the busier levels), Everyday Shooter succeeds wildly as an engaging shooter for the art-house crowd, and a creative change of pace for the hardcore-shooter crowd. It's the first must-buy game on the PlayStation Network for anyone with an inventive bone in their body, with rock-solid shooter roots to dispel any pretense of non-gamelike artiness-for-the-sake-of-it. And make sure you read the notes."

"If you're a fan of arcade shooters and you've been itching for a more dreamy experience, you should absolutely check Everyday Shooter out. Even those that aren't particularly fond of the genre may enjoy this title, given its unique design and execution. While the game does have its problems, it's still very fun to play. Check it out. There's a lot of color, guitar and a healthy dose of everyday shooting."

Gamespot - 8.0/10
THE GOOD
* No two stages feel exactly alike
* Fantastic art style
* Minimalist soundtrack is surprisingly pleasing
* Level of challenge is tough, but the game's clever unlock system gives you good reason to keep playing.

THE BAD
* Only eight stages
* No online leaderboards
* The off-kilter vibe of the game is probably going to drive some people crazy.

"Add a points collection system that holds a bevy of collectibles, and you have a game with infinitely more replay value than even Super Stardust HD. So then, maybe the title is correct. It's the kind of shooter you'll be able to play every day, thanks to its unparalleled amount of content and replayability."
