A number of sources have suggested the Xbox 720 will require the internet to access your game, a feature that has upset quite a number of fans.
Microsoft's creative director Adam Orth took to Twitter last night to adamantly defend an always-on internet device, suggesting that the Xbox 720 rumours could well be true.
Orth stated that he didn't understand the "drama" around an always-on console, adding that it was this "was the world we live in".
Since the series of Tweets were spotted by the internet, Adam Orth has since protected his Twitter account to prevent anyone from reading.
