Confirmed na Globe ang magdadala ng iPhone sa Pinas.

Nawala ang interes ko dito nung nagkaroon ng iPod Touch. Ang tagal kasi i-release sa Asia e. Dami tuloy hacked iPhones dito.

Nakakahiya lang pag ganito ang phone ko, high-tech, pero wala akong load. :loops:

May stake kasi ang SingTel sa Globe (44.5% share) ang all of SingTels investment telecoms (Optus of Australia, Bharti of India, and Telkomsel of Indonesia) will carry the iPhone 3G.

Most of the features of the iPhone 3G were carried over from the existing iPhone...

Still no videocam, IM and Java...

oh btw, did u know that Apple's releasing the I-Phone also as a bare unit? I read this in a yahoo article that no postpaid 8GB I-Phone will cost users $599
while 16GB I-Phone costs $699? this seems to be a big OUCH to us hopeful I-Phone buyers..

they really need to fix the sms feature of Iphone kung walang third app sa iphone like SMSD bulok ang pagtetext sa Iphone. And napaka anti piracy ng Apple ni hindi ka pwede mag send ng any files via bluetooth.

Ayoko sa SMS ng iPhone is pag napindot mo na TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION SEND wala ng way para ma cancel.

You can't forward SMS messages on the iPhone...cant send MMS too...dang!

Kaya pag may natanggap akong MMS, tanggalin ko yung SIM sa iPhone at isalpak ko sa Nokia or Sony Ericsson ko...annoying, but thats the only way.

You also can't tell how many character's you've used up when texting, unless you get SMSD etc...

Still... a revolutionary device, nobody can deny that.

Despite the messaging disadvantage, I'm still gonna upgrade my iPhone to the 8GB iPhone 3G...maybe by August 11...a month after the US launch.

open line na ba yung 3g iphone? Sana pwede pa din majailbreak yung 3g iphone.

Apple will release an open lined i-Phone at a 3x markup.

but if ur a Globe user then u shud be fine buying at Globe, they said they will offer the i-Phone for both Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.

It's the price that is giving me the jitters. :quiet:

for postpaid medyo possible sya, idk for prepaid subscribers.
