Ano ba ang basic requirements?
Ano ang gagawin kapag down ang PPS or kung may troubleshooting guide ba?

Basic requirements, I think, is that Daniel should know that person personally and someone who regularly visits the site. Perhaps one for the night if Daniel is here during the day.

Knowledge with servers, basically.

It stopped happening. Perhaps a weird short glitch. Wala naman error message and it's more than 15 characters, it just goes directly sa Editor muna. I remember it happened before, I think last year.

Oh well.
