Maybe we can also try this on the Forum Runner Android app also, because this has a free version. Tapatalk is only a paid version.
The paid version of Forum Runner enables posting to the forum. Not sure if this app is also on iOS though.

If I'm not mistaken, may install lang ang admin sa forum para mag run ang pinoyps sa tapatalk or forum runner. Parang add-on lang and I think it's free to download from their site.
