Yung latest Kindle eh yung battery lasts for months, at least yun sabi, yung sa akin eh 1 month ang battery life, lumang version kasi. So it's a gadget na low maintenance. There's also the Kobo reader. I think mas flexible yung file format and yun ang flagship e-reader ng National Bookstore. You can go to any NBS to check it out in person para you can feel if pwede sayo mga e-readers.

You can ask naman siguro to try it out. I don't see any harm in it. I'm guessing it's packed like a tablet.

Is it good? I only read Ender's Game kasi, I felt that it's difficult to top the epicness of that novel kaya I stopped reading anything from that series so I wouldn't get disappointed..

Actually it is pretty good. Aside from setting the back story up for what happens in the Ender's series, it has pretty good characters. Im just a third in on the 3rd book but the first 2 of the series were really very good reads. :)

Got this from my fave Booksale for 50.00....Ang ganda! Para syang Elseworlds ng DC or What If ng Marvel.

This book sets Dracula in an alternate universe where we married Queen Victoria...Tapos ang dami pa extra characters :-)

Barnabas Collins from Dark Shadows, Jack The Ripper, Fu Manchu, Sherlock Holmes, Allan Quatermain, etc...

Ah. That's good.

Just finished Armdada by Ernest Cline...slow start pero maganda ang pacing once it picks up and finishes pretty well.

Now reading MARVEL Spiderman- Kraven's Last Hunt and The Swarm by Orson Scott Card.

^recommend ko syo yung max series ng punisher...gives a good background for the character.

Pero di ko alam na may Civil War 2 pala...i'll defintely check that out. Matagal na akong nawala sa loop ng MARVEL, ang huli g bili ko ng mga graphic novels was probably way back in the 90's world th the original X men pa.

It's worth a read lalo pa't it's about 150+ issues din kung susundin mo yung checklist ng series nya.

Ah ok, sige tingnan ko...usually may omnibus release siya after a while so i'll be looking out for that kesa sa individual releases na mahirap ipunin.

Pero magaganda din ang MARVEL novels so if you get the chance, try mit din. Yung Civil War na vel was pretty good so here's hoping they make a novelization din ng CW2.
