Yep sana nga maayos implementation ng martial law sa mindanao.. though imo dapat last resort ang martial law.. ang liit lang ng marawi and even sabihin na may banta ng pagpasok ng isis sa pilipinas pwede naman immobilize ang military w/o declaring martial law..

Kaya nga, pati iilan lang ba members ng Maute at Abu Sayaff, hindi naman sila libo-libo. No need talaga magdeclare ng martial law, pati ginawa pang buong mindanao eh bandang Marawi lang naman ang may bakbakan. Pasikat lang etong si Duterte kay Putin eh. Dapat ang paigtingin nila eh yung intelligence nila, hanapin nila kung saan sila nagtatago tapos cornerin nila.

Etong mga checkpoint walang kwenta yan kung makikihalo ang Maute sa mga civilian. Hindi naman sila tanga na dadaan ng checkpoint dala nila yung mga high powered na baril nila. Wala pa naman talagang concrete evidence na meron ng ISIS dito, dali lang gumawa ng flag ng ISIS eh. Tapos gusto pa pati Luzon at Visayas isama sa martial law kuno

This is the government's way to indoctrinate the people that voted for them even further. They question the media, and point them out as not credible, and they use Facebook and their troll armies (Mocha Uson) to spread their propaganda. Unfortunately, these people don't know any better and they believe anything they read as long as it confirms their biases. Then they gang up on people with dissenting opinions to silence them and try to drown their voices so that no one else will hear.

It's gotten to the point that some of these people are defending rape jokes, and even doubling down on them. It's sad, but it also made me realize that we as a country have a long way to go in terms of our maturation and developing our collective intelligence. If a country like the US. which we hold in much higher standard compared to us fell for Trump's schtick (lol), pano pa kaya tayo.

Small time lang si Duterte. He won't be able to do much thus he really is pushing for absolute control. Too bad for him, he doesn't have the military's loyalty. Yeah, he may have some generals under his miniscule might but not the soldiers. He may be forgetting that loyalty is to the government and he's just a temporary part of it. Isama mo pa ang Catholic Church. Honestly though, I don't think Duterte is the one calling the shots here. There's another power behind everything. China and Russia are already given but there's something else more.
