dapat mag focus din tayo sa ating ergonomics during gaming/office sessions. napaka importante pala. inayos ko ang setup ng desktop ko para fit sa ergonomics ko :D

Masarap kasi nakaprente kapag gaming.. nandyan yun naka-sandal kapag relax mode, naka-yuko forward kapag serious mode at meron pa yun iba na naka-higa habang naglalaro (hindi ko kaya ito hehehe). Pero minsan hindi natin napapansin na ang tagal na pala natin nakaganun position dahil nalilibang sa gaming.
Sana sa workplace namin mag-implement or magkaroon ng ergonomics exercise.

yung upuan namin sa office ergonomic shape kaya pag nakatodo sandal yung uupo, sakto sa likod at pwet yung kurba ng sandalan :D

mukhang malabo tayo sa call of duty. hindi kasi common yun sa mga internet cafes di tulad ng dota at iba pang mmorpg :D
