Sayang ang England, isa sa mga teams I am rooting for..

it was really hard for me to root for england when almost half of their starting xi plays for liverpool and their best player plays for man united. they were always going to be outmatched in their first two games considering that the likes of henderson, johnson and welbeck are considered good enough to start for a country like england. just imagine - italy had balotelli, uruguay had cavani and a semi-fit suarez, and england had welbeck and sturridge.

japan was also disappointing in their last game vs 10-man greece. traffic malapit sa area namin nung game nila, malapit kasi kami sa little greece dito sa toronto so a lot of people were hanging out at bars around that area.

looking forward to belgium vs russia on sunday. i expect belgium to play better. i hope they don't start dembele as he is not on the same level as hazard and de bruyne. i also expect more from lukaku as he was almost non-existent on their first game.
