Share kayo ng mga health tips para kahit nakaupo lang tayo kakalaro ng video games, hindi tayo sakitin. :mrgreen:

Ano ang mga physical activities nyo pag di kayo naglalaro ng PlayStation? Jogging? Basketball? Wrestling? Football (Azkals)? Billiards?

Ano yung mga recommended nyo na healthy foods na pampalinaw ng mata, pampatalas ng isip at pampabilis ng kamay (daliri)? :bigmouth:

Wag magpupuyat dahil lang sa paglalaro.
Wag magpapalipas ng gutom dahil lang sa paglalaro.
Wag maging couch potato and stay sitting and in front of the tv for long hours.
Eat fruits and vegetables to protect your eyes and improve eyesight (e.g. Carrot, Eggs, Milk, Grapes, Lemons, Spinach, raw Garlic (fresh), etc).
Besides gaming dapat meron ka rin physical, outdoor activities. Cycling is a relaxing activity. Or kung wala ka bisikleta, pwede naman mag-jog or walk tuwing morning.

And the most important tip of all....

nag eexercise ako mga 3 to 4 time a week..6 rounds punching bag, 400 crunches and 60 push ups..yan lang ang routine ko...hehe..mga 1 hour siguro inaabot ko sa ganyan..Nung nagpapapayat ako 6 rounds punching bag, 600 crunches, 100 push ups, tsaka jogging plus diet..ngayon kasi maintain na lang kaya bawas na..hehe..from 165 lbs, 140 lbs na lang ako ngayon..sa bahay lang pala ako nageexercise.. :grin:

Magpahinga every 2-3 hours of gameplay, para hindi masyadong mapagod ang mata.

Wag ng pilitin pang maglaro kapag masama na ang pakiramdam.

Wag masyadong malapit sa tv habang naglalaro.

Uminom ng vitamins para maiwasan ang stress sa school at trabaho, para di madaling dapuan ng mga sakit.

dapat yung pagkain marami talagang protein. dagdagan mo ng kahit simpleng exercises (around 50 pushups) para mapwersa yung muscles at mapalitan ng mas malakas at mas malaking muscles. :agree:

yung fats galing sa mga hindi na-burn na calories.

Losing and gaining weight is all about the calories. Loading up on protein is for the muscles (pero not exclusive sa bodybuilders ha!) pero kahit na maraming carbs ang kainin mo, ganun din. For example, 300 calories of pork is the same as 1 cup of rice which contains 300 calories din. A simpler example: ang isang Dunkin Donuts choco-butternut donut at 100 grams ng porkchop (without the fat) eh pareho lang ng ida-dagdag o ibabawas sa weight mo at the end of the week. Iba-iba nga lang ang epekto sa katawan mo.

Kumain ka ng at least four cups of rice a day (isa sa umaga, 2 sa lunch, one for dinner) + your choice sa ulam (preferably protein-heavy). Haluan mo ng snacks in between meals o kaya dessert. Don't forget merienda (a sandwich). Tignan natin kung di ka tumaba at the end of the week :lol:

Walang magic food sa pagtaba or pag-payat. It's all about the calories :agree:

Ahaha at least nga eh :P Alam ko 4 cups eh normal lang at assuming na yung taong kumakain at gustong mag-pataba eh between 115-130 pounds lang.
