Simple, sabi nga ni solstice it is all about calories. Dagdag lang ng tamang pagkain at ehersisyo.


Secrets of losing weight?

Monitor your food intake, palitan mo yung plato mo ng maliit na platito, bilangin ang calories intake at burn in ng calories, ehersisyo.

Dagdagan ng diet plan..

Ako I've been doing recently Eat Stop Eat , a kind of intermittent fasting. Which is pretty good for me.

And most important of all, set your goals. Hindi naman nakukuha ang pag gain ng weight o losing ng weight overnight.

Hindi porket kain preso ka eh tataba ka na o hindi ka nagririce eh papayat ka na. LOL Misconception ng mga pangkaraniwan yan.

Ang mahalaga eh work your ass off.

Mas pogi dba kung gamer ka tapos healthy ka pa. Combo combo! :agree:

Ahh ako din I practice intermittent fasting. Nakaka-overwhelm lang sa una pero pag nasanay ka na, talagang aayaw ka na sa food lalo na pag lagpas na sa eating window mo. Minsan may 36+ hour fast din ako.

Ako baliktad sa karamihan... di nag-aalmusal, pero malakas lumamon pagdating ng hapunan. Year 2001 31" beywang ko... ngayon 32" na ako.. tumaba na ako :sweat: :sweat:

Syempre di dapat mawala ang sports... atleast once a week Basketball dapat... mas masaya kung may badminton, mas nakakapawis kasi ang sports na yon :2thumbs:

Just finished my first run... 7km for 55 mins. Not bad for a starter... I guess. :sweat: Sumasakit kasi yung tagiliran ko pag tumatakbo ako ng matagal.

@Tim: Wahahahaha! Pareho tayo! Pinakamasarap kasi kumain sa gabi. lol Tapos laro, then tulog. :sweat:

Ako naman ginagawa kong praktis yung non-stop na jog. Hindi ko alam kung gaano kalayo yung tinakbo ko, pero yung kahabaan ng service road dito sa amin yung praktisan ko. Takbo na walang hinto hanggang makarating sa dulo. Kaya nung nakapag-5k uli ako hindi ko naramdaman yung hingal pagkatapos nung race.

Saka para masanay uli ako na gumising nang maaga, at maaga rin makakatulog sa gabi. :lol:

grabe binigat ko last holiday season. 3 kilos haha! dami kasi kainan.

umiiwas ako ngayon mag coffee tuwing umaga. fruit juice muna. feeling ko mas may energy ako pag fruit juice kesa coffee. weird kasi ang katawan ko. inaantok ako sa kape :bigmouth:

basta ko 8kgs. na nabawas akin since september. so in less then 4mos. 2 kgs per month ang nabawas, not to mention nababalik yung iba dahil nagakakasipon ako or hindi ako nakaka-attend ng runs baka plus 2kgs or more pa nabawas.

pero nababagalan pa rin ako, kaya iniisip ko na lang na ilang taon ko rin na-accumulate itong bigat ko so dapat hindi ako mag-expect na matanggal ng isang iglap. kayod talaga, tyaga, at focus. dinadaan ko sa amount ng kinakain, same meals except bawal ang taba at bawas prito. kung kaya ko lang mag-prepare ng mas healthy foods baka mas malaki na nabawas sa akin.

also, hindi pa halata sa pictures ko yung bawas pero kasi yung belt na binili ko last december nasa 2nd butas nung sinusuot ko pero ngayon nasa 4th kung masikip pero maluwag ng onti kapag nasa 3rd na butas. iniisip ko na lang din na may mga muscles na nadadagdag kapag may tabang nawala kaya mabagal ang bawas ng timbang.

last 5k run ko was december 23, 2012. nakuha ko ng 41mins.

There's a different between gaining muscle and losing muscle when you are on jogging mode.

We highly advice if you want to lose some fat , then go jogging but beware that when you are working your muscles to gain eh avoid mo lahat ng cardio because you are losing muscles too when engaging to cardio exercises.

So for gaining maskels, focus on compound exercises then when you hit your desired maskels then do the cutting phase, it takes 6months to a year when losing fat and doing some cuts.

Basta ako, konting push pa.. Hehehe may 3months pa ko hehe.. Gusto ko lang sa intermittent fasting wala ka arte sa pagkain basta alam mo calorie intake mo and at the same time nag gain ng maskels by means of compound exercises ( doing Stronglifts 5x5 )

Well as for jogging topic, hindi na ko nag jojogging hehehe dahil yun nga gaining na rin ako ng maskels pero at the same time doing compound to lose some belly fats.

Hindi totoo yung mag crunches para mag ka abs, the truth is you need to lose all of your body fat not just one part. So by means of doing cardio's or compound exercises.. Kahit payatot may taba sa katawan na kelangan tanggalin.

You will do crunches if you have that abs na and focusing on improving it. :2thumbs:

Again, sa mga gusto mag ka abs abs:

Abs are made 20% gym, 40% kitchen , 40% rest and do remember that it will take some time to lose that belly fat. Hindi yan nakukuha ng magdamagan o lingguhan o bwanan.

And sa mga gusto magpapayat, I highly suggest na matulog ng matulog at gallon a day for water in take. Yan ang pinaka mahalagang mga bagay para sa successful na pagpapayat.

7-8 hrs a day is a good sleep for diet diet at 1-2 gallons a day water in take that comes with a good healthy meal.

Hehe sir , remember na dapat may kaukulang warm up at stretching.. Sa ngayon wala pa yang epekto pero mahirap mapunit ang muscle natin :)

hehehe yan ang mapait na na experience ng kaibigan ko na takbo agad without warming up and proper stretching.. Ayun punet ang masel sa binti at hamstrings.

Oo sir. Pagkatapos ng unang 3k run ko sumakit ang buong katawan ko. Naging praktis ko na mag-stretching bago tumakbo. Nag-stretch pa nga ako habang naglalaro ng PS. :bigmouth:

meron ba nag "insanity workout" dito? search nyo sa youtube..

7months ko na ginagawa yun.. nakakapayat sya pero mabagal mag gain ng muscles or cuts kasi body weight exercise lang sya.. combination of HIIT/plyometics/cardio/resistance/core workout.. ayaw ko kasi puro buhat lang sa gym..hehe

5'5 and 140lbs ako ngayon.. plano ko ma maintain sa 135-138 weight ko.. pero gusto ko maging ripped muscles pa like mga lightweight boxers..

dapat ba mag weights din ako then alternate yung insanity? para mas mabilis mag gain ng muscles then magiging ripped din? healthy diet din ako ngayon.. hight protein, low carbs and fats.. everyday nagffruits ako and 15glass of water a day..
