I regret not buying it's super poseable action figure in TRU Galleria when it went on sale like 4 years ago. The action figure has potential though sometimes some small parts falls down.

Hibiki was one heck of a show. It went out of the KR tropes. Until the change of writers and staff.

That's a one good show to start at. Great action, over the top characters and the story was okay for me.


Kamen Rider Gaim has been good so far. I wasn't familiar with Gen Urobuchi's work. All I know that he writes tragic stories and eventually kills everyone. Well, they are right. The tension right now when I'm watching.

Goodbye Kyoryugers. Naiyak ako sa finale. I have never been this attached sa mga characters since like, ever. Makikita nalang natin sila sa Kyoryugers Vs Gobusters. Meron silang V-Cinema at ToQger vs Kyoryugers.

I just saw Power Rangers Super Megaforce trailer.. the rangers are able to morph into 34 Sentai Teams of Ranger Costumes from the past decades. Like they can morph into Mystic Force, Mighty Morphin', etc you name it.

In Japan they are Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.

I am one of those people na nainis diyan sa Super Megaforce at ginawang upgrade lang ang Gokaiger.

There are also rumors na Saban will skip GoBusters at Kyoryugers na. I can now imagine kung ano gagawin ng Saban.

Isang episode palang ang Super Megaforce. But based sa mga sinasabi ng mga tao sa internet, parang minadali daw yung episode 1. Which is expected dahil di na sila 40+ episode na format.

I'm not a fan of US remakes, so i will hands down suggest bro, Gokaiger.....

Manipis actually ang kwento ng Gokaiger since ang daming tribute episodes. So parang 20 episodes lang ang character development and story. But considering those, they did manage to pull it off.

Madami talagang Luka Millfy ang gusto. No love for Ahim De Famille?

Dapat ilibas nila ulit ang bioman sa pilipinas. Kung maglalabas sila ng dvd non bibili ako. Ayon ang favorite show ko ... nothing can replace it. Galing din ng mga kalaban nila.

Well, Sentai back then somehow felt original in terms of ideas. who would have thought Dr.Man is human after all and his minions and his mechas are all his creations. Most of the time kasi sentai villains are aliens from another planet or dimension.

In Maskman as far as filipino viewership is concerned, there are fresh ideas too. 2 Robot mechas, 2 monster finishing weapons (shot bomber & jet cannon), the idea of Aura Power, a 6th Member, the love story between to races (yeah Daimos did it first though.. i think). Well a villain like Dark Knight Kiros really did turned things around he destroyed The Shot Bomber which make the series very interesting.

If you're going to look at it that way, considering 10 years palang ang sentai during that time, talagang original. At di ka na manonood ng mga bago. The things you pointed out like in Maskman that they had two mechs and 2 finishing weapons are actually sentai tropes and has been done in years prior.

There are other shows worth noting that is original, has well written story, characters and villains. ie: Kakuranger, Zyuranger, Megaranger, Timeranger, Gekiranger, Shinkenger, at kung gusto mong sabog na series, Gekisou Sentai Carranger.

Agree....Iba ang Sentai nun sa Sentai ngayon....I am not divided between those two though...But most of the time, i see myself (and my kid), watching classic Bioman, JAKQ, Battle Fever, etc...Nakakatuwa kasi panoorin dahil sa simple ng effects dati....Of course, we also watch modern Sentai series....Inaabangan na nga namin ang Tokkyuger, baka maganda rin kahit sagwa ng spandex e...

Ah yeah.. Zyuranger.. How can I forget that..
Kung dahilsa Zyuranger, walang Power Rangers. Masyado lang naging astig ang treatment sa MMPR dahil kay Green Ranger. Pinatay na yung japanese counterpart sa Zyuranger pero sa US naging team leader pa.

I can't blame Saban for that. Fans want Green Ranger. Can't blame the fans too. Jason David Frank did a great job in portraying the role. And i think he's the best PR actor Saban ever had (he had 7 PR seasons or more i think. The last is Dino Thunder). He's the reason why I got hooked to MMPR wayback.

Oh.. Forever Red episode still gives me the chills.
