But I trust the management they will not fire coach Alex. The management took some sacrifices to lend their coach and players to the Gilas to broadened their basketball experience and bring it back to the Aces.

As for coach Leo, i think he's already secured his job. He's proven enough. 3 titles under his coaching reign. SMC will be a fool if they still put coach leo under the radar and plans to fire if he made blunders like todd purves, gee abanilla, biboy ramirez before him.

Wala pa sa championship form ang Ginebra. They need to move out and get some quality players.
For me my Ginebra hold overs are:
- Greg Slaughter
- Japeth Aguilar
- Scottie Thompson
- LA Tenorio (he needs to mentor Scottie a lot)
- Joe Devance (Tim Cone's favorite player)
- Nico Salva

To Trade or Not to Trade (on the fence):
- Sol Mercado (still having quality minutes playing combo guard)
- Chris Ellis (he's kinda inconsistent. i'm expecting a Sean Anthony performance from him)

Needs to go:
- Dave Marcelo (he should go back to Phoenix/Barako)
- Rodney Brondial

Player Recommends:
- energizer player
- wide bodied forward/center
- consistent outside gunner (jeff chan o marcio lassiter type) to lure defenders & free Japeth/Greg in the inside.
