i never show my best photography shots (atleast for my taste) to anyone .... as in i literally & practically just keep it for myself...

siguro it has something to do with how annoying some photogs can become (imho) when they are giving out their "criticism" so i kinda learned my lesson...

peculiar i know.

i don't know if this is unusual but before sleeping at night..
..i regularly crack my knuckle/finger joints in hands, toes, ankles, knees, lower back, neck.

may nabasa kasi ako sa Yahoo News na wala namang masamang epekto yung pag-crack ng joints. mas magiging flexible pa nga raw yung joints. baka mabawasan lang daw ng konting grip pero with grip exercises makakabawi naman.

feeling ko kasi after mag-crack, yung panlalata after you do it ay nakakatulong sa antok para makatulog ng mahimbing.
