n
nakuha na naten yung Service Orders from Australia kaya yung mga transfers lilipat sa SO then yung mga bagong agents na 30 ilalagay sa transfers so 3 TLs need dami nag-apply hehe
anyway closed na yung back office

May Back office sa Task US sa may BGC at sa Telus BGC. Non voice yun so petiks, email support for gadget daw.
Hindi ko company yun share lang.
