Hi mga par.. nagbabalak na din ako mag apply sa call center.. IT grad ako pero walang natutunan.. haha..

balak ko sana mag apply as tech support.. actually niyaya ako ng classmate ko dati sa sitel and medyo ok na din sana yung starting.. kaso medyo kinakabahan ako medyo kulang pa sa englishing.. :D and umaasa na lang ako na madaan sa training..

If you want you can try applying for non-voice accounts, less stressful although mas mababa ang sweldo.

Two years ako sa email/chat support, ok naman sya. I think may opening pa sa IBM and Telus, good luck!
Try mo din sa Stream and Convergys, ni-try ko lahat (except Telus) kaya lang I turned most of them down kasi voice accounts.

Salamat sa tip mga teh and bruh.. Pag wala kumuha sa voice try ko na yung non voice.. Kasi mga classmate ko taga qc kaya di ko sila mayaa dito sa south pero pag d ko ngustuhan sa mga tnatarget TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION dito n dn ako sa south kukuha..

I can type 85-90 wpm abot ba ng 30k sweldo ko diyan? :lol:

sa department namin may opening, data entry 8 am to 5 pm shift fixed, sa mckinley hill office namin. Gagawin mo lang tatawag ka sa mga companies tapos maguupdate ng schedules of conferences.
