Kailangan ba ng show money kapag pupunta diyan para maghanap ng work? Anong visa usually ang kinukuha?

di paps.

kadalasan dyan papasok as tourist, tapos dun na maghahanap ng work

Sir, medyo "inaccurate" yung statement ninyo. I don't mean it in a bad way, so sana wag mamasamain.

1. If naghahanap ng work at nasa F&B, nursing, construction, yung mga blue-collar jobs, placement fee po ang need ninyo. Ang show money kasi parang guarantee yun na may pera kayo pero hindi ibig sabihin ibibigay ninyo yung show money.

Kung white collar job naman, I.t., bank, office, etc etc, may headhunters na mag hahanap ng work and mga company ang nagbabayad sa kanila. To be sure, tanungin ang agency/headhunter na kausap. Pero in general, wala.

Kasi nga since madaming pumupunta sa SG para maghanap ng work, yung immigration natin minsan mahigpit yan.

3. In general, walang pakialam sayo ang Singapore immigration kung pupunta ka para maghanap ng work under a tourist visa. Hindi sya katulad ng Australia, US, etc na kelangan mo muna ng permanent residence visa para lang maghanap ng work.

No, sir its not madali to apply. If you are referring to sitting all day submitting cv online oo madali nga pero landing an interview is a different thing.

Kasi some employers/headhunters nowadays mismo ang naiwas n rin sa pagkuha ng foreigners kasi mga clients nila are specifically asking for locals/pr so ang siste nadededma ang mga foreign applicants most of the time - regardless kung may extensive experience n yung applicant sa sg mismo or not.

I got tons of calls from dozens of employers who's attracted to my exp alone pero since PRIORITY na ang locals/pr ngayon, set aside n nila application ko. Walang pang 2 minutes tapos na usapan.

Sure you can try to find work in sg, hindi naman kasi totally pinagbbawalan ang mga foreigner sa sg, pagdasal mo n nga lang na you could land an interview kasi dun mo malalaman if you have a good chance, if not, move on.

Last na balita ko, magbabago n naman ang procedures in getting foreigners this coming july so things are gonna be tricky for ALL foreigners lalo na yung mga bagong salta lang. This is across all LOB kahit p mga pr n mismo nangangamba at mga renewal ng existing work passes ay medyo pahirapan n tlaga.

Uulitin ko, yes you have a chance but expect the worst.

Yup, this is what I am referring to. It is relatively "easy" to look for a job, but finding one is a different story altogether.

Sure madali pumunta ng SG, and sure maganda dito, but remember, nakikipag-sapalaran ka pa din with your own time and money.

sa sg? well, like i said, wag garapal yung tipong magdamag walang patayan kaka torrent lang.

Just keep it safe and wag n lang ggarapal talaga like i mentioned sa taas. Kaya nga karamihan sa min we just do streaming para sure n safe ka talaga.

Sa mga hindi naniniwala sa kin, research nyo sa google ang "ODEX case" way back 2007. Dun nyo makikita kung gaano ka-efficient sa pag monitor at pag exercise ng full extent ng law ang sg when it comes to file sharing.

It all comes down to common sense really.
