May magtatanong,

"OC (Orthodox Church) ka ba?"
"Hindi RC (Roman Catholic) ako."

You stayed up all night to watch that huh. lol.

Yep, Pope Francis formerly Cardinal Bergoglio of Argentina,
first non-European pope since the founding pope St. Peter.

:agree: :2thumbs:

Oh really? I had no idear. I was watching CNN and Fox News when it was happening
and the commentators kept on saying how Pope Francis was the first non-European since St. Peter.
First "New World" pope they said....

I googled Pope Gregory, Syrian ey? Man that was a long long time ago.

With the news of the new pope. I'm more interested if the prophecies of St. Malachy will come true....

http://www.bibleprobe.com/last10popes.htm

Will Pope Francis be the last pope of Catholic Church? only time will tell.

CNN and Fox News? They don't really make their research. They sometimes exaggerate just to sell a story. I believe in History Channel more than them.

actually catholic ako, pero hindi talaga ako religous person, im considering my self as sceptic person kasi.. so for me hindi ko iniisip kung sacred or not.. kasi for me, certificate of marriage lang ang habol ko.. although wala naman ako balak magpakasal ngayon.. actually balak ko magpakasal 30yrs and above..hehe 26 palang kasi ako.. so iniisip ko lang yung future if ever magpapakasal na ako..hehe

same here.. kinda.. although I have doubts/questions in my religion, (Roman Catholic) nagpupunta pa rin ako ng simbahan to pray and give thanks sa mga blessings, wala naman mawawala eh.
