Bili ka rin ng resistance bands, meron ako nabili via Lazada for 600.00....Ayus din pang warm ups....Plus meron syang weight included so pwede mo sya ilagay sa ilalim ng pinto mo....

And main target ko mabili next year is my own set of bench press, sa Lazada meron for 7k....80 lbs yung maximum weight nya...Balak ko bibili na lang ako ng steel bar sa mall & additional 20 lbs weight para masara ko na for 100 lbs...

And hopefully by December mabili ko na yung ab glider...Although i am enjoying doing dips at home, dito sa kusina namin habang nagbabantay ako ng sinasaing ko each morning....He he...

Puro cardio exercises ginawa ko sa gym nun. Malaking tulong nung naglaro kami ng basketball. Kahit 1 oras na takbuhan na whole court hindi naman agad ako napagod. :mrgreen:

Ako i have no other choice but to go back into dieting & workout ever since nagka kidney stone ako 9 months ago...And i feel much better than before...Saka yung mga fit shirts ko na buti hindi ko pinamigay, kasya na sa akin uli....

Try mo rin mag workout using improvised equipments or kung me hawakan magkabila ang hagdan nyo sa bahay, maybe you can do some dips to blast your lower pecs
