Although ok din gumamit ng dumbbells, mas ok ang complex exercises kasi iba't ibang muscle groups ang nagagamit mo, hindi lang focused sa isang muscle.

regarding sa gym naman sa umpisa lang yan na mahihiya ka. what i did is i brought some friends with me para sabay kame mag papa enroll para naman may kasama ako at hindi mahihiya. tuturuan naman kayo ng gym intructor once mag papa enroll kayo ng monthly basis.
i go regularly to the gym. pero sometimes pag super busy hindi ako nakaka punta ng gym. so home workout lang ako using P90X and resistance bands. (you can also use dumbells for P90X)

tried the P90x, it worked but tinamad na ako nung tumagal na. Diet talaga problema ko any tips or suggestions? I do spin class kaya most of the time shoulders and arms and back and chest lang tinatrabaho ko sa gym.

hassle! started working out again just last week. sobrang wala na ako sa kondisyon. chest workout ko nung monday hanggang ngayon ang sakit pa rin. nasobrahan ata ako kasi binigatan ko agad after a week. big mistake!
kaya sa mga baguhan, wag agad magmadali sa program. hindi naman mabilisan ang results. and pain is not an accurate measure of improvement. pwedeng masakit kasi mali yung form or masakit kasi nasobrahan na kayo. mali pa rin either way. mas maganda pa rin kung magsimula sa magaan na weight pero tama ang form then slowly work your way up.

mga sir nagenrol ako sa fitness first dito sa singapore kasi lumipat na kami ng bahay.. dun kasi sa dati namin condo nandun yung gym.. so 4x a week nagbubuhat ako.. biceps and back (monday), shoulders and legs (tuesday), triceps and chest (thursday) then saturday biceps and back ulit..
kailangan ko ba talaga uminom ng whey? ayoko naman maging pang bouncer ang body ko pero ang range talaga ng weight ko e 72kgs -75kgs.. laging ganyan lang, di sumosobrang lobo and hindi rin biglang payat.. pero gusto ko talaga na makita rin na gumanda talaga katawan ko..
and another question, may mali ba sa strength ko? kasi kaya ko mabigat sa biceps, triceps and others pero kapag bench presses e hirap ako.. di nga ganun kabigat kaya ko sa bench press di ko alam bakit..
and kung may mga tips kayo mga sir pakipost na lang thanks!

ok lang gumamit ng whey. nakatutulong siya sa muscle building, fat loss at recovery. supplement lang naman siya, kung feeling mo ok naman protein intake mo, edi you can do without. ako kasi weight gain talaga habol ko kaya umiinom ako.

Hi red.. paganda ka nanaman ng katawan ha? Uwi ka dito no.. Hehe.. Isang advise lang. regarding sa weight ng binubuhat, for me its regardless.. Ok lang yung tipong magaan pero dapat sobang bagal ng sequence.. LAbanan ang gravity.. YUng tipong ngalay na ngalay ang muscle every after set.. Tipong to failure na..
